Research On Development Of Danwei Community Under Social Regulation System

Danwei community consistent a inhabitable formation of city, which intensely has a political scene and structural characteristics, under the acting force of macro-governing regulation in China. First we give the definition of Danwei community, and then make it being the object of study. After researching from two levels, we reach the political basement, social background and historic conditions, which Danwei community existed under. Through researching the tendency of the development of Danwei community, internal and external acting force of disintegrate of it, we wish confirm something to negate the historic evils which has happened during the development of urban community in our country, and negate something to reconstruct the road to develop.Danwei community are undergoing three historic stages:1930 to 1949 is in the embryonic stage; 1949 to 1978 is in the developing stage and after 1978 is in the disintegrated stage. It is satisfied with four organized factors of community, though forms of expressions are different from other communities. On population composition, occupation appears homogeneity; members living in the same community go in for similar jobs. Horizontal space of region is separate, vertical space of it crisscrosses. Civilization of Danwei community present introversion obviously. Those are all external appearances of internal organization of Danwei community, whose construction is linear. According to the orders of government and needs of community members, internal system of Danwei community constructed, it's a linear regulating model. Under this regulating mechanism, the overall space of community closed, functional space diversified, and those social spaces homogeneous under macro-background, under micro-level it's divided again based on social stratum.The nature cause of Danwei Community disintegrated is that linear regulating mechanism intervene social lives, made regulation cost rising, at last disintegrated. Based on the model of administrative area and community, which was posed by Liu junde and Chen yushen, we put forward two-way regulating mechanism. In two-way regulation mechanism, administrative regulations occupy the leading position in fact, and the self-regulation of community replenishes it. Keeping the balance of acting force of two-way regulation is the key to develop healthily, orderly in China. In order to reach that balance we give two constructive tactics. The first tactics is finding the new point of internal logical balance; the second is seeking help from social organization. Then we analyze the five typical models by comparative method in our country at present. The conclusion is that except Shanghai model, the other four attributes the success to the two tactics fundamentally. At the same time, we point out seeking help from social organization is the best way to enterprise community, which needs reorganize and reconstruct.At the end of the article, we give two possible ways to the Danwei community. One is that Danwei community will be a pure community, at which occupation contacting occupy the leading position, and point out the way of reorganizing to institution on community. The other way is that with the development of leisure time and the maturity of network technology, function of work and living will be merged, leisure space will indispensably be a part of the office building.
