| The 19 th CPC National Congress proposed to accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization,to the construction area,it should accelerate the development of green and low-carbon development.The total construction area of public buildings is the smallest compared with other types buildings’,but the energy consumption of public buildings is the highest,which shows that its energy consumption intensity is the largest,so that makes it to be the key target of building energy conservation and emission reduction work.The main energy consumption in public buildings is electric power,and the electricity consumption of HVAC system is the highest,which is the primary energy-saving plate in the public building energy saving area.In this paper,the research object is a hospital science and teaching building in hot summer and cold winter area in China,through three times investigation of the refrigerating engine room and analysis of operational data,the result shows the problems of this HAVC system,then a targeted program comes out which contains the retrofitting,adjustment measures and the automation control strategy.Combined with design drawing and investigation we find that,the chilled water system is a secondary pump system,including a constant flow primary pump group and a variable-frequency secondary pump group,the cooling water system is constant flow.In addition to automatic control system,it has no control and no historical data record function but monitoring function.The operation data just records the inlet-outlet water temperature and pressure of water chilling units,inlet-outlet water pressure of the pumps and cooling towers water pressure and operation numbers.This also represents the actual situation of most buildings,the control system doesn’t work or even installed and the data record is not completed.Based on that information,to analysis the distribution system and cold source system,the main problems are the low operation efficiency of the pump,the secondary pump also has low operation efficiency and the energy efficiency is poor due to variable-frequency and power-frequency pumps’ parallel operation,energy waste in cooling water pumps,the failure of a pipe balance adjustment in the chilled water system caused each one of the two units to be unable to perform the cooling capacity.It is difficult to lower the outlet water temperature in summer,and sometimes it happens in transition quarter.Aiming at these problems,in the fifth chapter shows a plan containing the retrofitting,commissioning measures and the automation control strategy,which is divided into the maintenance,system commissioning and the control strategy three steps.In order to make the commissioning effect sustainable,it also demands the operation monitoring and maintenance management.In addition,due to the differences between the design scheme and the actual construction plan,the automatic control strategy of the air-conditioning system has been changed to adapt to the reality.It is expected to help other energy conservation and commissioning projects. |
