Research On Subjects Behavior Evolutionary Game And Strategies In The Development Of Prefabricated House

Energy is the basis of the development of material economy,and the main source of all kinds of pollution.We consume a lot of energy because of a big population base.Prefabricated housing is an inevitable way to reduce energy usage,alleviate environmental problems and achieve the sustainable development of the construction.The prefabricated form is meet the requirements of the urbanization construction,it is also an important measure for the Supply-side reform.It can effectively promote the transformation of the building from "high energy consumption" to "green energy saving",and help promote the process of urbanization in China and help to upgrade the construction industry,and improve the construction industry,and it is more beneficial to improve the efficiency of resources and protect the environment.Because of the externality characteristics of the prefabricated housing economy and the conflict of interests among the main participants,there are still many problems in the development of the market.Therefore,it is necessary to study the strategy of promoting the development of the assembly house by exploring the behavior of the main participants.In the development of prefabricated housing,such as incremental cost and other factors that make real estate developers and consumers lack motivation.Therefore,the development of the market is lack of impetus.Whether or not both suppliers and buyers in the market choose the prefabricated house is the key to its development,so this paper introduces the game method from the main point of view.In the development of prefabricated housing the government,property developers and consumer groups have greater influence,but the three parties have different interest demands,and there is a game relationship between them.Based on the bounded rationality and group characteristics of subjects,it is more reasonable to use dynamic evolutionary game to analyze the game behaviors among subjects.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main players' game focus,strategy selection of game subject and simulation of the parameters through the inter-subjective evolutionary game and simulation simulations to find out a win-win strategy method,it is hoped that it can provide beneficial inspiration and scientific advice for the development of China's fabricated housing.This paper uses the methods of inductive derivation,comparative analysis,evolutionary game,and simulation to revolve around the theme of "prefabricated houses development".First,this article introduces relevant concepts and theories,points out the differences between evolutionary dynamic games and classical static games,and analyzes the externalities of the economy based on the features of fabricated housing,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent studies.Second,by comparing and analyzing the development of prefabricated house at home and abroad,we concluded that seven aspects worthy of reference are standardized design and promotion,promotion of prefabricated house,improvement of automation and intelligent technology,macro strategic deployment,legal and regulatory environment,implementation of economic incentives and industrial chain construction.And from the government,property developers and consumer groups summed up the main issues of China's prefabricated house development.Finally,from the development status and problems,we can draw an analysis of the influencing mechanism of actors.It analyzes the influence of government,developer and consumer on the development of prefabricated house based on their role and interest demands.Based on the above analysis,we build an evolutionary game model among agents and we use MATLAB to simulate and explore the benign evolutionary path,analyze and summarize the important conclusions,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development.
