With the development of economy and society,building indoor thermal comfort and energy conservation are taken more and more seriously into consideration.For some public buildings such as large commercial buildings,various kinds of construction are applied,including glass daylighting roof,which may cause a significant increase in indoor heat gain from solar radiation,leading to higher air-conditioning energy consumption and worse thermal comfort in summer.Therefore,research on thermal environment of building with glass daylighting roof is conducted in order to solve the problems above.Firstly,according to the heat balance equations and existing relevant researches,heat transfer process through building envelop is analyzed.Secondly,an investigation of existing glass daylighting roof in Guangzhou is carried out to summarize the relevant characteristic including roof construction,glass material,etc.According to the investigation above,an experimental platform of building with glass daylighting roof is constructed.Thirdly,indoor temperature of the experimental platform is tested and compared with that of an existing lighting atrium,in order to prove the reliability of the measured data.Finally,based on existing literature,energy-saving optimization measures for transparent envelop are summarized,including energy efficient glass,sunshade,ventilation,etc.On the basis,real-time test is conducted in 8 operating condition with different shading coefficient and ventilation states.Statistical method is used to analyze the thermal parameters and the difference between each condition.According to the test data,based on thermal and luminous environment,shading coefficient of 0.28+roof local exhaust is the best condition,which can reduce the vertical temperature difference to 10℃ or lower.To sum up,methods including field research,experimental platform construction and experimental test are conducted to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the indoor thermal environment of building with glass daylighting roof,hoping to afford theoretical basis for practical engineering.
