With the rapid development of the hydropower industry,the reliability of the equipment of the hydropower plant has been raised more and more high.As an important material to ensure the normal operation of the power equipment,the spare parts have gradually become the most important part of the management of the hydropower.However,there are a wide variety of spare parts,large professional span,less quantity,higher value and more random demand in the spare parts of hydropower enterprises,which leads to high cost of spare parts purchase and great waste of manpower.Therefore,reducing the cost under the premise of ensuring the normal supply of spare parts has become one of the urgent problems for hydropower enterprises.Based on this,from the angle of joint replenishment,this paper studies the problem of replenishment for spare parts of hydropower enterprises on the basis of the analysis of the management status of spare parts of hydropower enterprises and related research.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,analyze the status and existing problems of spare parts management in hydropower enterprises,combine the characteristics of spare parts of hydropower enterprises,put forward the main problems of this paper,and give the corresponding research ideas.On this basis,the overall plan is studied to form the overall plan of joint replenishment for spare parts of hydropower enterprises.Secondly,the joint replenishment classification of spare parts for hydropower enterprises is carried out.Based on the analysis of the demand characteristics of spare parts in hydropower enterprises and the index extraction,the index weights are determined by the analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment method.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the classification model of spare parts for the hydropower enterprises is constructed.On this basis,the appropriate joint replenishment strategy is selected for each spare parts of each kind of spare parts.Thirdly,a joint replenishment model of spare parts for hydropower enterprises is built.On the basis of the reliability analysis of spare parts,two kinds of joint replenishment models are constructed with the reliability as the constraint condition and the minimum unit time cost as the objective function:Continuous combined replenishment model based on Scs),,(strategy and regular combined replenishment model based on SsT),,(strategy.Then the global search algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to solve two kinds of models respectively.Subsequently,the implementation process and strategy of joint replenishment decision of spare parts for hydropower enterprises are put forward.Finally,the joint replenishment scheme of spare parts for spare parts of hydropower enterprises is applied to the spare parts management of the logistics service center of hydropower company Y.By comparing the total cost of the replenishment strategy and the combined replenishment strategy,the effectiveness of the research results is verified,the spare parts cost is reduced and the management efficiency is improved.
