Research On Enterprise’s Cooperative Strategy Based On Organizational Structure Evolution In NEV Industry

With the development of the globalization of economy and technology,the major economies of the world are actively promoting the development of new energy vehicles,carrying out the advanced deployment of scientific and technological innovation,cultivating new economic growth points.At present,although the new energy vehicle has gradually conquered the technical problem and ushered in the wave of comprehensive market,there are still great obstacles in the development,and the low degree of organization is the key factor restricting its development.It manifests in the poor performance of the industry,the enterprises are separate,and the resources are scattered,so it is difficult to cope with the complex and changeable market demand.Enterprise cooperation is an effective way to improve the degree of industrial organization and improve the utilization ratio of resources.Therefore,enterprise cooperation is the only way for sustained and healthy development of new energy vehicle industry.However,at present,there are few cooperative researches on the background of new energy vehicle industry,and the impact of industrial organization structure on enterprise cooperation is neglecting.In view of this,this paper puts forward the enterprise cooperation research considering the organization structure.According to the logical thought of ‘industrial development ——organization structure——enterprise cooperation’,taking the new energy automobile industry as the breakthrough point,focusing on the evolution trend of the organization structure of the new energy automobile industry,and analyzing the influence of the organization structure on the cooperative behavior of the enterprise.The game model of enterprise cooperative evolution is constructed.Comprehensive use of theoretical research,empirical analysis and other research methods,research on enterprise cooperation to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis with systematic and evolutionary,the main work is as follows:(1)Analyzing the dynamic mechanism of the development of the new energy automobile industry to construct the principal component formula of the development level of the new energy automobile industry in our country.Draw the comprehensive utility curve to determine the development period of the new energy vehicle industry,which have the stage characteristics of the market pull,the increase of the knowledge stock,the small enterprise multi-disciplinary model and the frequent interaction and cooperation.The industrial organization is transformed from a relatively single chain structure to a multi-agent network structure.(2)Exploring the evolution process of the organizational structure of new energy automobile industry,finding the evolution trend of the organization structure without central network,and put forward that the enterprise cooperation behavior under the network structure has the characteristics of diversification and dynamics.Three kinds of cooperative evolutionary game models are constructed,and the forming conditions of enterprise cooperation and the simulation of cooperation process are discussed.It emphasizes the financial strength of enterprises and the role of macro regulation and control of the government to clarify the dominant position of enterprises in the cooperation of industry,University and research.(3)Using empirical research to analyze the cooperation relationship between 154 new energy related enterprises in Chongqing and construct a network quantitative model of new energy automobile industry enterprises.It is proved that the current Chongqing new energy automobile organization has preliminarily shown the characteristics of network development,but the network cohesion is still relatively low and the network cooperation relationship is also Imbalance,the centrality is still high,showing a multi-level network structure,vertical,horizontal and mixed cooperation among enterprises.In the research method,this paper introduces the advanced research method derived from the evolutionary game theory of biological science.In the research content,this paper expands the theoretical research on the combination of the macro industrial organization and the micro enterprise cooperation,and provides the theoretical and practice basis for the effective promotion of the cooperation of the new energy automobile industry enterprises and the higher industrial organization.
