| The traditional earth dwelling is a building that is made of uncooked,uncooked soil,whose main structure of the wall is layers of rammed earth.Traditional rammed earth dwellings usually use local materials,which is mixed and rammed directly without fired.In the process of using,it’s warm in winter and cool in summer in the traditional earth dwelling,and the heat preservation and heat insulation performance are good,at the same time,the demolition of construction waste can return to nature directly,which is friendly to the environment.Its energy saving effect is embodied in the whole life cycle of each phase,so it is an ecological architecture worth being advocated.Most rammed earth buildings use rammed earth walls as the load-bearing structure of the whole house.The physical and mechanical properties of soil materials directly affect the strength and durability of the houses.In the process of construction,there is a gap between every layer of rammed earth,which weakens the integrity of the wall,especially in the earthquake.Therefore,optimizing the raw material of rammed earth wall and strengthening the integrity of the structure are the most effective measures to improve the rammed earth wall.In this paper,in the background of twelfth five-year science and technology support plan,called traditional local-style dwelling houses village construction process inheritance,protection and utilization of technology integration and demonstration,the field research of local-style dwelling houses village are analyzed,so are the causes of their diseases.Combined with modern technology and new materials,this paper puts forward of rammed earth wall reinforcement measures,specific work is as follows:In order to address the flaws of rammed earth wall including the causes and categories of crack,the building process and main technologies have been summarized and analyzed by field investigation and literature review.Furthermore,followed by classifying the situation and weak spot of the forced wall structure based on the literature database,effective and practical measures have been proposed and confirmed.(1)Through on-site investigation and review of literature data,the construction process and main technologies of traditional rammed earth constructions were summarized and analyzed,and the defects of rammed earth walls themselves,including the types of cracks and their formation causes,were concluded.By reviewing the literature,the stress conditions of the wall structure and the weak points of the force were sorted out.Based on the problems found,operational and applied lifting measures were put forward.These measures would be tested and verified.(2)The original earth material of the earth wall was modified to use a 20%beta-type hemihydrate gypsum test block as a benchmark group,and then two nano-SiO2 and nano-Al2O3 modifiers were added,and the strength test and the water resistance test were used to determine.It is concluded that the raw soil test block incorporated with the best comprehensive performance;the original soil test block soaked water glass,when the modulus is 2,the water glass reinforced raw soil is the best.And found that the incorporation of modified materials does not affect the good insulation properties of raw soil materials.(3)Secondly,stucco coating material for the earth wall was optimized.By mixing the different amount of white cement and water repellent into the traditional surface dust,via testing the strength and erosion resistance,it was determined that the content of 15%is best for the performance of the stucco material.(4)Finally,measures such as optimization of load-bearing structure,optimization of soil wall-wood joints,reinforcement of walls,etc.are adopted for the earth wall to improve the stress of the wall and indirectly enhance its stability and seismic resistance.Optimizing the energy conservation of rammed earth buildings,the indoor thermal environment and energy consumption of rammed soil buildings were analyzed by corresponding software. |
