Influenced by multiple factors,residents’ dependence on community businesses has increased.Under the attractiveness of commercial activities themselves,there is a significant clustering of community businesses around the food market,forming a community business center around it.However,the problem of commercial singularity is prominent.To promote the diversity and synergy development of community businesses,new data and methods are used to analyze the characteristics of the community business layout around the food market,in order to create conditions for the renewal of the commercial system.In this context,this article takes the food market and surrounding businesses in Nankai District,Tianjin as the research object and analyzes the characteristics of commercial layout.Firstly,by reviewing existing literature,two analysis dimensions of external characteristics and internal features are identified for the community business layout around the food market.The internal feature is the composition characteristics of community business format around the food market,and the external characteristic is the spatial organization feature of community business.Secondly,the food market samples are classified into 12 composite food markets and 28 single food markets.Based on the food market service radius,the surrounding basic service interval and expansion service interval are divided,and the surrounding community businesses are classified by functional positioning and their relevance to the food market business.Then,using POI,road,building,and other data and algorithms such as TF-IDF,kernel density,and average nearest neighbor index,the composition characteristics and spatial organization features of community businesses around the food market are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively,and correlation analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression models.Finally,based on the analysis and research results,the overall characteristics of the community business layout around the food market in Nankai District,Tianjin are summarized,and optimization strategies are proposed.In terms of the composition of business formats,there is a trend in the surrounding communities of food markets in Nankai District,Tianjin,where the overall trend shifts from single to compound as the distance from the food market increases.Within the basic service area,there are 8 types of composition,including compound composition type and single composition type dominated by related industries.Within the expanded service area,there are also 8 types of composition,including single composition type dominated by related industries and compound composition type dominated by related industries.In terms of spatial organization features,8 indicators such as spatial distribution density and commercial concentration are quantitatively calculated,and spatial organization feature types are determined based on the size of the quantitative score,including extremely high density type,high concentration type,diversified type,highly accessible type,etc.,totaling 40 types.By using a multiple linear regression model to test the correlation between the two-dimensional features,it is found that the stronger the dominance of related commercial formats around the food market itself,the higher the level of commercial diversification.Improving the accessibility of public transportation can also increase the proportion of related commercial formats in the food market.Based on this,two compound food markets,Xiyinmen food market and Wandezhuang food market,and two single food markets,Guangkaijie food market and Ningleli food market,were selected as optimization samples.Layout optimization strategies were proposed from two dimensions: business composition and commercial layout,in order to provide reference for updating the community commercial system.
