Research On Reconstruction Design Of Rural Dwellings In Southern Shaanxi

Recently,rural construction in China is booming.On the one hand,the government attaches great importance to rural construction,On the other hand,with the improvement of living conditions,villagers have a higher pursuit of quality of life.The construction of rural residential buildings is the most important part of the construction of "beautiful countryside".It is the embodiment of the rural appearance and the bearer of the daily life of the villagers.The construction of residential buildings include two modes:renew and transform,while the large number of folk houses in the countryside can meet the basic use of daily life,but it needs to be improved in terms of building performance.In the rural construction,these original dwellings are used to reconstruct the dwellings in the original village,which is more in line with the requirements of sustainable development,and can maintain the original traditional style of the village.This paper use the transform of rural dwellings as the research object,in rural areas in southern ShanXi culture,on the basis of traditional local-style dwelling houses building skills,combined with successful residential renovation strategies in other areas as research suitable for rural residences in way of transformation.This paper carries out the research work in accordance with the idea of raising questions,solving methods and solving problems.The paper is divided into seven parts,the first chapter is introduction,which put forward the writing background and research significance of thesis,based on the research of the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practice as well as analysis,to determine the paper writing direction;The second chapter first has carried on the limit to southern ShanXi and profiles,secondly the residential types and traditional building technique is analyzed,finally,the analysis of residential living issue existing in southern ShanXi,to further study the cause of the problem;Third chapter through the analysis of some typical cases to summarize revamping design experience and problems in the process,as the basis of in-depth study,put forward the design principle of residential renovation in southern ShanXi,for reconstruction design provides a theoretical basis and specific goals.Fourth,fifth,sixth chapters,which are the core of the paper under the guidance of transformation principle in southern ShanXi three reforming practice of project,put forward the improvement measures and analyzes the specific way of transforming;In the end,by summarizing the existing problems,reforming principles and reconstruction strategies of different types of dwelling houses,this paper sums up the suitable ways and methods of reforming a large number of dwellings.
