Research On Traditional Residential Houses In Southern Shanxi From The Perspective Of Construction

Ancient Chinese literati were active in the historical stage because of their noble temperament and character which live in the slit but not imbrued.However,due to the resriction of the feudal system,literati were doomed to be unable to obtain personal independence and spiritual freedom in the political officialdom.Therefore,since the emergence of reclusive thought,a large number of literati chose to live in seclusion.With the enrichment of the thought of recluse,the literati’s recluse activity has shifted from the mountain to the secluded nest in the city.The close relationship between the literati and the garden has been studied by many scholars,including the influence of the hermit thought on the literati garden.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research status of traditional residential houses and constructivism,as well as the framework and characteristics of this study.The second chapter is the basic research part.Based on the critical inheritance of traditional constructivism,the basic criteria,core issues and research contents of this paper are clarified,the evaluation mechanism of architectural construction is set up,and the research route of construction is formulated according to the characteristics of traditional residential houses in the south of Shanxi Province.Chapter three and Chapter four focus on the two systems of dwellings in southern Shanxi: Brick and tile roofs with caves and the form of isomorphism,induces the material-structure-details-the construction of four small system type,and compared with traditional local-style dwelling houses in other parts of the shanxi do research,the fifth chapter is summary of practice part,summing up the overall construction of the traditional residence be characteristics,to extract from the currently still apply construction strategy,integrated into the modern construction of new homes,Finally,the author completes the theoretical practice through some detailed design.
