In recent years,the continuous growth of global carbon emissions has brought climate change and global ecological environment problems,and also brought a severe test to the development of human living environment.The greenhouse effect caused by the increase of CO2 in the atmosphere is deeply affecting the development of human beings,and the action of reducing carbon is urgent.The study of source and sink in the carbon cycle is the basic idea of effectively solving the greenhouse effect.As a part of the carbon storage capacity of land ecosystem,urban carbon sink is becoming a new hot spot.It is one of the important contents to study the capacity of carbon sequestration of plants in urban greening.The regulations on urban greening in Shaanxi stipulate that the rate of green space in newly built residential areas should not be less than 30%.According to the planning principle of residential area,the construction of residential area accounts for about 30% of the urban land,so the area of green space in urban residential area.The low carbon construction of the greening space in the residential area plays an important role in the construction of low carbon cities.At present,the construction of urban residential area in China is in the ascendant,and the growth momentum still remains undiminished.It is of great significance to study the design and construction of the spatial planning and design of residential area under the influence of low carbon concept.At present,both the state and Shaanxi province have not promulgated the construction index documents of low carbon residential areas,only the relevant evaluation criteria of "ecological residential area" and "green residential area".These evaluation standards are not enough to guide the design of the green space in the residential area,and can not be used for the carbon sequestration of the greening space in the residential area.Force can be quantified,verifiable analysis and evaluation.Therefore,this paper,starting from the low carbon concept,analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the greening space in the typical residential area of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone,quantifies its annual carbon sequestration,and discusses the design optimization strategy to improve the carbon sequestration benefit of its current situation.Finally,the annual carbon sequestration of the greening space is raised by the optimization strategy.Estimation is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization strategy.In summary,the research is carried out in the following five aspects:1)summarize the main research achievements in the area of residential planning and the low carbon construction of greening space in residential areas,summarize and study the development status of low carbon construction in low carbon residential areas and residential areas at home and abroad.2)to comb the relevant standards of the current residential green space,and study the related theories of the design of the greening space in the residential area,and combine the green design in the excellent cases of the International Low-carbon community,and summarize some inspirations that can be used for reference to the low carbonization construction of the greening space of our country.3)to survey the planning layout,greening degree,vegetation structure and current situation of water resources utilization in the typical residential area of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone,calculate the carbon sequestration of the plant,and combine the main factors that affect the capacity of the green space carbon sequestration in the residential area,and the existence of the greening space in the investigation cases.The problem is summarized and analyzed.4)from the actual problems,the optimization design strategy is put forward,in order to land the low carbon concept in the urban residential green space construction,at the same time,it can have a certain guiding role in the construction or refurbishment of the future urban residential area.5)select a representative case,the strategy proposed in this paper,which can improve the benefit of carbon sequestration in the greening of the residential area,is applied to the representative cases,and the carbon sequestration values before and after the optimization are compared to verify the feasibility of the strategy and make the whole research complete and closed.
