| The Electrical Control System is a guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the rolling mill.In the production process,the electrical control system can make real-time control and supervision come true.To ensure the quality of the products,it is appropriate to increase the efficiency of equipment operation and achieve the purpose of economic production and management.It is important to research significance and value.This article takes the 550 mm reversible rolling mill as the research object.The main contents are as follows: Firstly,the performance and main technical parameters of the rolling mill are introduced.The DC drive system,PLC control system and thickness control system in the rolling mill electrical control system are described in detail.In combination with actual production,a safety management evaluation system for rolling mills was established.Secondly,a corresponding study was carried out on the installation,commissioning,acceptance,and renovation of the rolling mill in conjunction with the actual project.The transformation of the hydraulic system and the drive system,the automation control system,the thickness control system,and the operating system of the rolling mill were carried out respectively.The mill installation process and commissioning process are introduced.Finally,the performance of the rolling mill was optimized,and the speed control device,PLC system,and thickness control system of the rolling mill were all improved and upgraded.The speed regulation device of the rolling mill adopts 6RA70 full digital speed control,and the PLC module selects the CPU414-2DP of the S7-400 series.In thedebugging process of the electrical control system,the idling analysis of the rolling mill6RA70 DC double closed loop speed control,rolling mill press control system,and thickness control system dynamic performance was performed using ibaPDA data acquisition and analysis software to optimize the parameters of the mill.Through the technological transformation of the rolling mill,the production efficiency has increased by 25% and the finished product rate has increased by 10%.Since the two years of improvement,there has never been a failure of the control system.Production practices have shown that the operating rate of the improved rolling mill has been significantly improved. |
