Residential area is the home of our life,underground space is an integral part of residential areas.In the development and construction of residential areas,the area of greening and public facilities has to be compressed because of the high land price and construction cost.Even some necessary functions have been omitted,resulting in the imperfect supporting facilities of the residential area,which greatly affects the comprehensive environmental quality of the residential area [1].In recent years,the functional complex of residential areas in cities or megacities has become a trend.This residential area,which is based on residential function,and has many functions such as office,commerce,hotel and entertainment,is the organization mode of integrating a variety of resources to form a reasonable,efficient and multi-functional urban life.Exploring how to improve the quality of underground space in residential areas is of great significance for easing the tension of residential areas and improving the living environment.This paper takes the underground space of urban compound residential area as the research object.The main research contents are divided into the following three parts:First of all,the second chapter of this paper,through the study of the classic cases at home and abroad,and the comparison and analysis of other typical cases of the same type,analyzes the rationality of the layout of the building plane,the efficiency of the streamline organization and the quality of the space environment,in order to improve the suitability of the subsurface space of the residential district.It is hoped that the direction for the development and development of residential space can be found,and it will also provide a theoretical basis for the design of the 248 block plot project of Dalian Road,Shanghai.Secondly,the third chapter and the fourth chapter of this paper have carried out a large number of research work and basic theory research,selected the typical cases of the complex residential areas of large cities or megacities in China,and carried out a field investigation and questionnaire survey on its underground space utilization,layout,spatial environment feeling and so on.Analysis.In order to understand the comprehensive development of the underground space in the compound residential area,the research on the function layout,the layout of the mobile parking space and the feeling of the space environment of the underground buildings is carried out.By comparing and analyzing the successful experience and design principles of the underground space design of residential area,it is applied to the design practice of the underground space design scheme of the residential district of the 248 block of Dalian road in Shanghai.Finally,the fifth chapter of this paper takes the underground space design of the 248 plot project in Shanghai Dalian road as an example,to study the construction background,the development demand and the constraints,from different angles and ideas to generate a variety of schemes,and to carry on the progress,evolution and deepening of it,and make the vertical comparison of the various stages of the scheme.Further comparison of different strategies is carried out,and the spatial planning and spatial layout of the underground space of the complex residential communities in large cities or megacities are discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are analyzed and summarized,and the optimal scheme is obtained.The sixth chapter of this paper will deepen the design of the optimal underground space scheme,including the layout of the garage,the layout of the column network,the location and layout of the clubhouse,the connection of the underground rail traffic and the facilities for the use of the equipment,and the underground fire protection zoning,the underground marking and lighting system,the underground space and the urban rail transit.At the same time,it analyzes and studies,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,hoping to help and inspire the design of similar projects.This paper summarizes the problems of the specific type of residential area in the design and use of underground space and the actual use of the problem.After the analysis of the problems,we find out the improvement scheme for the underground space development of the complex residential district for large cities or megacities,and the feasibility analysis of the underground space development,and the residential area.The development of underground space has certain significance.
