Under the background of new urbanization,urban rail transit system(especially subway system)has been developed rapidly.How to ensure the safe operation of station equipment,and how to repair quickly after the failure has been an urgent problem and key of urban rail transit system.Traditional subway station equipment way of monitoring devices are 2d graphics rendering,which can only display equipment failure happens,but can't make specific parts of the failure of maintenance personnel know equipment as well as to guide the maintenance method.The failure has an important influence on the smoothness and timeliness of subway operation.Therefore,this paper constructs a simulation and maintenance guidance platform for fault monitoring and maintenance of key equipment of subway station based on virtual reality technology.The platform supports displaying the global monitoring of all key equipment in the station in a two-dimensional interface to maintain the monitoring operation habits of operators.Equipment failure,platform can immediately switch to the high realistic virtual three-dimensional station scene,and presents with lifelike three-dimensional image maintenance operation guidelines,in order to improve the maintenance efficiency and accuracy of maintenance.The specific research work and contents are as follows:(1)The overall framework design and development of fault monitoring simulation and maintenance guidance platform for key equipment in subway stations.Platform as the specific research object,analyzes the demand of the specific function of the whole platform,the platform of the overall framework and detailed design of description,and the concrete realization method of the system function is described.(2)Expression methods of maintenance knowledge and construction of knowledge base.Through the analysis of the maintenance knowledge of the key equipment in the station,a description method is established to accurately express the knowledge of the key equipment failure in the subway station.The expression method for maintenance by using the method of object-oriented knowledge,knowledge can be made of tool maintenance and maintenance knowledge,steps,animation knowledge and rules knowledge composition,and the elements of knowledge for specific analysis.Finally,the corresponding search strategy of maintenance knowledge is given to realize the 3d visual maintenance guidance function based on maintenance knowledge.(3)In view of the special lighting environment inside the station,the 3d rendering technology with high degree of authenticity was studied.The 3d rendering technology mainly USES the method of environmental light shading to improve the fidelity.First,the main parameters influencing the internal environment of subway stations are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding influencing sources are analyzed.Then,the method of sampling point selection and bilateral filtering was adopted to improve the environmental light shading,and finally the effect of rendering fidelity was improved.(4)A concrete operation example of the fault monitoring simulation and maintenance guidance platform of key equipment of subway station is given to verify the effectiveness and reliability of all functional modules.
