Research On The Development Mode Of The Pier-2 Art Center In Kaohsiung

Industrial heritage has witnessed the process of urban industrialization.Through the provision of a space carrier for the cultural and creative industries for the reuse of industrial heritage,the construction of a cultural and creative industrial park has provided impetus in terms of historical protection,transformation of old cities,recovery of space vitality,and industrial transformation.The development of cultural and creative industrial parks involves park planning,reuse of industrial heritage,space activation,and other aspects of space utilization,as well as policy guidance,selection of operating agencies and models,talent cultivation,and business investment management.Through a series of effective development strategies,the Cultural and Creative Industries Park can develop into a diversified field with functions of entertainment,leisure,sightseeing,and exhibition.At the same time,it becomes an important cultural and creative industry cultivating platform for the development of talents and enterprises.Provided help and played a larger role in city brand marketing.This article selects the Pier-2 Art Center in Kaohsiung as its research object.Kaohsiung is located in the southern part of Taiwan.The Kaohsiung City Government has been through many years of lagging behind in the development of a relatively weak cultural industry,without substantial external financial support,and with a low level of development of the local cultural and creative industries.The efforts to refute the Pier-2 Art Center into an important local cultural and industrial base,effective use of the platform to achieve cultural and creative industries,improve the image of the city,create important tourist attractions,to achieve the role of space activation of the port area.Based on the historical background and development status of Kaohsiung City,this study will analyze the construction of the park through literature collection,field research,comparative analysis,and data visualization,and combine the ideas of questionnaires and interviews to collect tourists,merchants,and refutation of the second staff.Rejecting the specific strategy for the development of the Pier-2 Art Center,it provides new ideas for the space planning and operation of cultural and creative industrial park.In the era of industrial transformation,how will the central cities in the underdeveloped regions,under the leadership of the government,establish cultural and creative industrial park as an important driving force for local development,and provide reference for the transformation and development of cultural and creative industrial park in the industrial city of western China.Based on multi-dimensional investigation and analysis,this study concludes that:(1)The development of a cultural and creative industrial park,which is located in a central city in an underdeveloped area,should consider combining urban development strategies to formulate corresponding development goals and strategies to enhance the role of city level cultural and creative platforms.(2)The development of a cultural and creative industrial park requires a sound operation mode,setting up a professional organization to take charge of the operation of the park,improving the operating efficiency of the park,and promoting cooperation between public and private institutions.(3)The operation of a cultural and creative industrial park needs to pay attention to balance of interests and enhance the commercial atmosphere of the park.Promote the development of public welfare projects and accelerate the growth of local cultural and creative companies and talents.(4)The development of cultural and recreation parks should focus on historical contexts,use local cultural elements,strengthen the uniqueness of the park space,and create a city marketing brand.(5)The development of Cultural and Creative Parks needs to be enhanced in terms of the combination of space and time to enhance the effectiveness of space use and enhance the activity of the park.(6)Open the space of Cultural and Creative Parks and integrate with the surrounding land to promote the renewal of the surrounding land and revitalize the space.(7)The outdoor space needs refined design to enhance the park's artistic atmosphere and guide visitors to the tour route.
