| The study of the nonlinear analysis of the pre-stressed concrete containment vessel(PCCV)under the limit loading has an important influence in the safety of nuclear power during the service period. To study the damage and failure of the PCCV under the limit internal pressure,The softening rule and damage evolution criterion based the fracture energy are applied to confirm the constitutive data to be inputted in ABAQUS’s CDP model. And then a series of numerical examples, including the element testing, the component testing and the structural testing, are done to verify the rationality of the applied method. To study the damage and failure of the PCCV under the limit internal pressure, the author applies the different methods to modify the materials’ stress-strain relation so that the limit capacity and the failure mode can be got.Meanwhile,a simple mehod for simulating the damage and failure of the PCCV is given. To study the damage and failure of the PCCV under the seismic action beyond the design, the loading combination of the seismic action beyond the design and the design internal pressure is consider and then the nonlinear time-history analysis of the prototype is done, revealing the damage and failure of the PCCV under different loading combinations. The work done in the paper reveals the damage and failure of the PCCV under the loading beyond the design, compensates for the deficiency in this field in our country and provides a reference for the design and optimizing of the PCCV. |
