Grinder is a precision grinding equipment which can make the material fully ground by the violent collision of material and grinding medium which is rotating at high speed in the grinding cylinder,and then make the material fully separated by the separator.Grinder can be used for the meticulous grinding of Nano-electronic materials,magnetic materials,ceramic inkjet,graphene,zirconium silicate,printing inks,graphite,ore and etc.In this paper,a grinder remote monitoring system based on cloud service is designed for the Nano-grinder produced by a intelligent Nano-grinder manufacturer,which can achieve the remote monitoring,fault alarm and remote switch control of the Nano-grinderBased on cloud services and embedded intelligent hardware,this paper focuses on the composition of a remote monitoring system based on cloud services.,mainly including the design of the On-site terminal and the remote server design based on cloud service.The main controller of On-site terminal is Raspberry Pi 3 Model B,and the slave controller is Arduino Mega2560.Meantime,there are some extended modules such as Wifi module,GPRS module,Modbus communication module,serial communication module,power module.Combined with PLC controller,the functions such as remote monitoring,data analysis and storage of grinder's inlet temperature,outlet temperature,coolant temperature,compound pressure,motor rotation speed and motor current are finally realized.What's more,the system can accept the control signal of remote server and setting information of parameters,which can achieve remote control of the grinder.The remote server consists of web server,database service,and communication server.Among them,the Web server using the most popular LAMP framework,Linux,Apache,MySQL and PHP;There are two modes of database: self-built MySQL database on the cloud server and cloud database MySQL.The former is mainly used for application data interaction,while the latter is used for data permanent storage.The communication server is C++multithreading based on epoll.Remote server host is Tencent cloud server which can greatly reduce the cost and build cycle of server installation;Web server has five major functional interfaces: device management,device search,remote monitoring,user management and administrator management.Among them,the most important one is remote monitoring interface,which includes three functions: real-time monitoring,historical data and failure analysis.The communication server receives the operating parameters datas of the grinder sent from the On-site terminal,analyzes them and stores them in the MySQL database for use of Web server.Meanwhile,the communication server is responsible for sending the remoteserver control instruction to the On-site terminal.Field test results show that the remote monitoring system designed in this paper can work normally and has good performance in many aspects such as real-time,accuracy,reliability and portability.
