Study On Conservation And Renewal Strategy Of Historic District In Zhangjiakou Fort

Fort Zhangjiakou,also known as the fort,was originally a military fortress guarding against soldiers in the big border gate.With the opening of Zhang Ku business road,it has gradually become a trading place for the exchange of tea and horses.Zhangjiakou fort is the root of the development of the city of Zhangjiakou.In the past 600 years,the commercial port has prospered and the common people are home.The architectural form in the castle has also undergone dramatic changes,forming a commercial residential area based on the Shanxi Merchants' ticket number,and settling a series of related architectural heritage.Therefore,the fort of Zhangjiakou is known as "the Ming and Qing Dynasty" A museum built.In this paper,Zhangjiakou fort is selected as the research object,the theory and practice cases of many domestic and foreign protection and renewal are integrated,and the evolution of the protection and renewal theory of historical blocks in different periods is reviewed and summarized,and the future development trend of conservation and renewal of historical blocks is explored from the aspects of overall design,organic renewal,humanism and so on.Through the investigation of the present situation in the castle block,the relevant historical documents,the questionnaire survey,the comparison and analysis of different protection and renewal cases,the actual use of the large number of residential courtyards in the castle is analyzed,and the "what","why","how to do" and "how to do" in the protection and renewal of the historic blocks are caused.Rethinking the issue of "who does" and so on,and then carries on the strategy of protection and renewal for Zhangjiakou Fort historic district.Zhangjiakou Fort historic district is facing many opportunities and challenges.Regional culture is the foundation of its foundation and development.Through the SWOT analysis of many related factors,the principles of the protection and renewal of Zhangjiakou Castle historic district are summarized from three aspects,namely,the coordination of the original authenticity and modernity,the integration of the integrity and diversity,the integration of humanity and the function.Based on the analysis and understanding of the present situation,this paper puts forward a set of more specific protection and renewal strategies for the historic district of Zhangjiakou fort,from the establishment of the leading planning bill to the establishment of a suitable evaluation standard,from the translation of residential courtyard space to the creation of livable life design in six levels,and puts forward appropriate safeguard measures.At the end of this paper,the design and research of the Gulou West Street section were selected to consider the restoration of the architectural features of the general mansion,and to create a shared public space for the reasonable compound function of the No.31 courtyard,as a reference model for the protection and renewal of the residential courtyards in the West Street area of the drum tower,and to guide the protection and renewal of the subsequent other areas and the courtyards.By this way,we can inject new vitality into the castle,and gradually realize the organic renewal of the historical blocks,so that the historic district of Zhangjiakou fort can be renewed.The principle strategy and design together constitute the strategic research of this article,hoping to play a guiding role and reference significance to the follow-up study of the protection and renewal of the historic district of Zhangjiakou fort.
