Cylindrical permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSM)is widely used in industrial,civil and other linear motion with its unique motor structure characteristics and excellent electrical and operational performance.The primary coil is one of the core components of a cylindrical permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,which is twisted by a rectangular section of copper flat wire.The structure of a fractional slot concentrating winding is adopted.The precision of the winding process has a great influence on the electrical and dynamic output characteristics of the linear motor.Because of its unique two-layer hollow-cake concentrated winding structure,the winding process of the primary coil of the cylindrical permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is relatively complicated.In actual production,full automatic winding has not yet been achieved.This paper proposes a primary winding coil winding problem.A fully automated winding process that solves the problem of winding a copper flat wire from a large diameter end to a small diameter end during winding of a double-layered pie-shaped coil using a spiral winding-pushing process,and uses two pairs of molds to be arranged in reverse to solve adjacent problems.The problem of winding the two coils in the counter-rotating direction is followed by the detailed design of the winding,tension control,clamping,conveying and feeding of the primary coil automatic winding device.The three-dimensional software CREO is used to shape the overall design of the winding machine.The primary coil winding precision requirements and specifications are introduced.Two key steps in the winding process of the primary coil: the finite element numerical simulation of the direct winding forming on the mandrel and the pushing forming process of the tower spiral coil,the direct winding forming and the tower spiral coil pressing forming process The stress-strain distribution law is summarized,and the variation law of the stress-strain of a unit in the forming process is analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of the winding forming law.Analyze the tension fluctuation factors in the primary coil winding process,describe the composition and principle of the tension control system,establish a mathematical model for the tension control system and analyze it,adopt the integral separation PID control strategy,and build the control system in MATLAB.And compared the simulation result with the ordinary PID control strategy,provides a theoretical reference for the actual coil winding process.
