| Electromagnetic switch coil is an important part of the car starter,the winding precision of the coil is related to the service life and performance of the starter,but the current market production of electromagnetic switch coil winding machine equipment accuracy there are still some gaps,need to be improved.With the continuous increase of domestic automobile sales and ownership,the coil demand has also been greatly increased,so it is urgent to develop an automatic winding equipment whose accuracy can meet the actual demand.Therefore,this paper focuses on the three key technical problems involved in the research and development of the electromagnetic switch coil high-precision winding machine,such as tension control,wiring control and coil qualification testing.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the coil winding enameled wire tension control technology in the process of demand,put forward a feasible enameled wire tension control solution,the study compared the hysteresis tension control principle of the brake and magnetic powder brake,according to the structure of tension controller mathematical model is established,and the two tension control modes are simulated,verify the feasibility.(2)By analyzing the relationship between coil winding and wire arrangement in the winding machine,the coil arrangement mode and the control method of guide needle movement in the process of coil arrangement are studied.Using trapezoidal curve to control speed in the process of wiring,using the ADAMS software to trapezoid curved line displacement in the process of change,change speed and acceleration simulation verificati++on,verify the feasibility of its movement row line algorithm,and using the motion controller and the servo motor to realize the instance validation of coil,improve product quality coil and coil wire precision.(3)Eligibility for coil detection problem,proposed a detection algorithm based on the standard deviation of the coil,using industrial camera collection coil image to be detected,then use image detection software for image threshold segmentation,connected region segmentation and noise reduction and image processing,such as calculating the distance between the center of adjacent enameled wire coil image standard deviation,of the size of the standard deviation decision so as to realize the coil eligibility decision,and based on Windows Form Application development eligibility wire coil detection software.(4)Finally,on the coil winding machine equipment production verification,and to the coil winding of visual inspection,the results show that the presented magnetic powder tension control method,trapezoidal curve line control algorithm and the detection algorithm based on the standard deviation of coil vision is feasible,effective and can largely improve the accuracy of coil winding and coil detection efficiency. |
