The rapid development of construction industry in our country for the furniture industry provides a good market environment,with people's living standards greatly improved,and the whole wooden household products as the high-end furniture is favored by more and more people.So a lot of wooden door industry began flooding.In the fierce market competition,the traditional distribution service cannot satisfy the existing market demand.It has become a common problem faced by the enterprise how to reduce costs for the enterprise and improve the work efficiency,seize market opportunities in the market competition.This project comes from qinhuangdao Kerkasun co.LTD.It studies about Kerkasun co.,LTD.,and the whole wooden household distribution services as the main research object.Combining with Internet technology,a B2 B online business management platform is built,to optimize the distribution service content to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise market.Contextualized design method is introduced in the process of research and service design concept for the whole wooden household products business involved in the process of distribution service content and logic analysis and abstraction,and through the way of market analysis and user interviews the potential demand of mining target users provide opportunities for the function of distribution service platform in the late design points.The information architecture of the distribution service platform is determined by sorting out the functional logic and feasibility through the way of scenario construction.Finally,according to the information architecture,the scheme design was carried out and the user-centered usability test was carried out to complete the project design verification.The product was optimized to improve the user experience based on user feedback.In this project,we use scene design methods and design concepts combined with actual project services for Kerkasun architecture enterprise client and sales the distribution services platform,to help enterprises and its vendors and efficient distribution business complete the main task,enhance the enterprise competitiveness in the market and themarket anticipation ability.Moreover,the innovative use of virtual reality technology has effectively combined the platform and VR glasses,which has improved the user experience and promoted the sales of products.The research results of this project have certain reference value and reference significance for traditional enterprises in optimizing business process and improving their core competitiveness.
