Research On The Robustness Of Automobile Supply Chain Based On Complex Network

With the rapid development of the market economy,politics,economy,culture and people's lives are changing every moment,people's living consumption level and the demand for car personality are gradually improving.Automobile supply network is required to have efficient and advanced technology to meet the increasing competition among enterprises.The competition in the market is gradually changing into the race optimization of the supply chain network.In order to analyze the automobile supply chain network comprehensively,this paper models the customer and used car into the complex network of the automobile supply chain.According to the present situation of automobile supply chain network,the robustness analysis of automobile supply chain is carried out,and the optimization scheme of automobile supply chain network in information transmission,logistics and enterprise cooperation is put forward.Firstly,according to the current situation of automobile supply chain system,this paper makes a systematic analysis,which is a typical complex network system.The automobile supply chain system is modeled by software,which is divided into four levels:supplier,manufacturer,seller and customer.The four hierarchical nodes of automobile supply chain network are counted and the structural characteristics of the complex network model of automobile supply chain are calculated and analyzed.The importance of customer participation in the operation of the system and the core position of the core enterprise in the network are obtained.Secondly,the factors affecting the robustness of automobile supply chain network are analyzed,and the elasticity and efficiency performance of the system are analyzed when the system is interfered,and the random interference and purposeful interference are carried out to the automobile supply chain network model.The flexibility and efficiency of the supply chain network are calculated,and the effects of the two disturbances on the automobile supply chain are compared in order to optimize the protection of the system.Finally,analysis of the automobile supply chain network robustness based on automobile supply chain optimization,and put forward some optimization strategies:optimization of auto supply chain network structure,optimization of automotive supply chain network transmission efficiency,optimization of automotive supply chain management.
