Under the situation of global purchasing,China's local manufacturing industry has been promoted rapidly.In order to respond to the national policy,China's local manufacturing industry has formed a huge supply chain in the world.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the overall planning of Chinese enterprises.There are many drawbacks in Chinese manufacturing enterprises,especially the lack of scientific and effective supply chain network planning.In this paper,we take the auto parts manufacturing industry as an example,using simulation-based supply chain development strategy planning and optimization program;then analyze a group in the industry,according to the existing drawbacks of a group modeling and optimization.WITNESS simulation software is used to propose improvement measures to enhance the core competitiveness of a group.In the process of analyzing a group,we find that there are more and more diversified and diversified modes of operation,such as purchasing,processing,production,inventory,transportation,transit warehouse,transit station to customer transport mode.This series of supply chains form a closed mode,in this supply chain like a spider web,how we need to meet the service and at the same time to ensure the lowest operating costs,which is the most important issue in this paper.We first use the traditional model to analyze this problem,we use mathematical modeling to establish the overall operating cost control,in which I calculate the purchase cost,processing cost,production cost,total inventory cost,total transportation cost to find the possibility of these cost differences between each other,and finally we found an astronomical.The result of digital operation can not get what we want in the result of astronomical operation,but can not get the answer of our demand in the traditional supply chain network optimization.Through literature review and investigation,we have studied WITNESS simulation technology to summarize this multi-commodity and multi-stage supply chain network optimization.First,we use WITNESS to make a strategic plan for a group.The overall strategic plan is to guide an enterprise to implement the overall goal of four to five years.This plan is a reality of pure objective market operation..Then we summarize the objectives of a year,which is a group within a year of the implementation of the program,in accordance with the implementation of a year to arrange the overall operating costs.First,the procurement is divided into two parts: one is the internal raw material producer of a group,and the other is the external raw material producer.Then the product line is divided into different processes to produce different kinds of products,and then the factory warehouse is set the upper and lower limits.The production stops automatically when the upper limit is reached,and the production needs to continue no matter whether there is an order or not when the lower limit is reached.The location of the transfer station is calculated by software.The location should be selected in a certain range around the customer to meet the JIT mode of distribution,and then the batch and the quantity of goods are transported.The software will give the above-mentioned conditions.The results we need are based on the premise that the operating costs are the lowest without calculating time,the lowest without calculating raw material storage,the lowest without calculating production inventory,or the lowest on time and quantity.In summary,we quoted WITNESS simulation technology to a group of strategic planning,one-year program and overall operating costs have been widely upgraded,not only to enhance the brand awareness but also gradually expand the core competitiveness of the brand.
