As people buy cars more and more,the noise and vibration of the car are becoming one of the factors that affect the comfort of cars.It is also become the focus of attention of the major automobile manufacturers.In the sub system of the automobile steering system,the steering wheel can be perceived by the driver through the steering system vibration,so vibration phenomenon become the most intuitive subsystem.The vibration of the steering wheel at high speed affects the ride comfort of the driver seriously,and the fatigue will aggravate the driver's sense.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the vibration of the steering system of a car,especially the jitter of the vehicle at high speed.Aiming at the problem of the research on the vibration of a SUV car in high speed,with the modal analysis theory,the dynamic problem of uncoupled single degree of freedom can be solved by using the theory of modal based forced response to solve the coupled multi degree of freedom system dynamics problem.Combined with the experiment and simulation,the acceleration frequency spectrum at the steering knuckle obtained in the test is used as the system excitation.After calculating the corresponding steering system mode,it can be used in the steering system finite element model to get the vibration acceleration of steering wheel by 12 o'clock.It is found that the amplitude of the vibration acceleration of the Y direction is large at the 29 Hz frequency.The vibration needs to be reduced.Finally,the model of two degrees of freedom dynamic absorber is established.The parameters of the dynamic vibration absorber suitable for this system are designed according to the optimal homology.The result shows the vibration acceleration of the steering wheel is reduced by its vibration absorbing function,and the vibration is improved,which will provide a direction for the subsequent production improvement.
