Only with the guidance of processing schedule,can we complete the procedure where the blank is made of finished products.With the enterprise manufacturing information increasingly concentrated,the enterprise will gain more and more advantages in the components processing planning and designing.Focusing on Inner Mongolia HengFang Technology Co.,Ltd,the thesis conducted research.The enterprise witnessed a slow step in process schedule planning and designing and witnessed fragmented manufacturing data,which gave rise to such a dilemma where the enterprise was hard pressed to process the components but failed to get corresponding processing documents for guidance.Given that situation,the enterprise was compelled to take effective measures to reverse the current processing planning trend.On in the way can the enterprise improve the efficiency of processing planning and designing,reduce the time of completing the ordering procedure and enhance its market competitiveness.1.The author got the CAPP System information about enterprises through online retrieval of relevant data domestically and abroad.Furthermore,with these enterprises’ current situation considered,the author chose CAXA CAPP system matched for enterprises.2.Enterprises could classify the axis parts into certain groups by adoption of group technology,then select different typical samples based on the groups,finally complete the processing planning and designing of these groups of samples.Another,the enterprise should establish the data bank system,with the aim of gathering all kinds of information together available for engineers to search and application.3.When setting the typical processing model of axis-parts through CAPP system,the enterprise could standardize the model so as to help preserve and hand down technology and craft.For one,the author integrated the CAPP system into the group technology for research,in order to speed up fulfilling of processing schedule of axis parts.That can simplify the process when engineers are editing cards and improve the working efficiency significantly and shorten the period in which products’ processing planning and designing should be completed.By creating a typical process template,the process design is more standardized,which improves the quality of the process design and at the same time contributes to the improvement of product quality.
