At present,three dimensional CAD(Computer Aided Design)is widely applied in the domestic manufacturing industry,which has been recognized and supported by most enterprises.3D CAD has become the mainstream design tool of Chinese enterprise product design.Because the CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)late development,many domestic CAPP systems are based on 2D CAD software,which is not conducive to the development of computer integrated manufacturing system,there are many places to be perfected and CAPP in machinery manufacturing industry,based on this,taking the shaft parts as an example,a 3D CAPP system based on Solid Works.First,the overall structure of the CAPP system is expounded,and the workflow of this system is introduced.The method of the description of part information is summarized,the characteristics and characteristics of the shaft parts are classified,and the feature coding is carried out by using the surface description method.The database of the system process is designed,which provides support for the development of the follow-up system.Secondly,based on the production rules of the expert system,the processing route knowledge base of the research object axis parts is built in this paper.Based on the technology knowledge base,use IF...THEN...The rule shows the processing route of shaft parts.Again,such a stepped shaft parts based on genetic algorithm,compared to the process of sorting method to calculate the fault of long time,to be able to quickly arrange the process,this paper puts forward a method of decision making method and sequence of examples of genetic algorithm and the combination of sorting.First,we use the Apriori algorithm to find out the priority process sequence segment,then put the priority operation sequence segment into the scattered process and step,and use genetic algorithm to reorder.The optimum process route of the final calculation meets the requirements of processing technology,and the feasibility of the method is verified.Then,the shaft parts are analyzed according to the characteristics of the shaft parts.The parameterized drawing of the parts and the automatic acquisition of the graphic information are realized by using the parameterized drawing of Solid Works.Finally,taking the 3D modeling software Solid Works as the development platform,making use of Visual Basic6.0 tools,programming and designing the operation interface,we develop CAD/CAPP software for shaft parts.The system has a reasonable structure and a good human-computer interface,which is easy to expand and modify.
