The UPS system has been widely used in many fields such as industrial systems.It is a power electronic device that guarantees continuous power supply and provides high-quality electric power.Online UPS systems are the best performing and most commonly used of all UPS stems.However,because the on-line UPS has low power factor and voltage utilization,it cannot meet the basic requirements for improving the quality of the power grid.In this paper,a single-phase voltage type PWM rectifier is introduced in the UPS system to solve the barmonic pobllution protblem at the input side of the UPS.In order to be able to control the effecctive PWM rectifier,this paper studies the realization of the direct current control algotrithm of low loss DSP control system.In this paper,a large number of domestic and international authority theory literature,through the development of PWM rectifier,research trends,topology control operation principle research methods,and operation mode,the modeling analysis of the single-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier Voltage loop loop and current loop loop.This paper discusses the design of DC-side capacitor of single-phase PWM rectifier,the selection of DC-side LC filter circuit and the design of AC-side inductor.On-line UPS system design,hardware design mainly by the EMI filter circuit,single-phase voltage type PWM rectifier circuit,full-bridge inverter circuit,DC/DC step-down circuit,DC/DC boost push-pull circuit,the waveform detection circuit,input and output voltage detection circuit and battery undervoltage prolection circuit and other modules.The sorftware design,is based on TMS320F28335 as its main controller,and software flowcharts are written for main control program and interrupt program design.Simulation results show that the control algorithm can make the AC side current of single-phase voltage typ PWe rectifier circuit a standard sine walve,and follow the voltage without any difference.And whether it is purely resistive load,the resistance mutations,capacrtive load or inductive load,the single-phase voltage type PWM rectifying circuit can cause AC input voltage and current are in phase,and can improve the power factor.The successful simulation obtained the ideal simulation waveform,which provided a good foundation for the subsequent hardware circuit construction.In summary,the nine circuit modules of the on-line uninterruptible power system have all been designed and soldered.The hardware test results show that the system design has basically reached the design requirements.
