With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards have been increasing,and urbanization has been continued to accelerate,and urban high-rise buildings have been continued to growing.At present,the traditional PLC water supply control system is mainly used in urban residential communities.The system has many disadvantages,such as high cost,the unstability of the outlet pressure,the dispersed instal,lation location of water supply equipment and low efficiency of manual inspection.Therefore,it has certain practical significance to develop an intelligent,efficient and low-cost water supply system.Regarding the problems above,an embedded control system based on STM32 is designed to realize the remote monitoring of the intelligent water supply in this paper,which cooperates with the increasingly mature Internet+ technology.The main,work and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:First,a set of intelligent water supply field control system based on STM32 is designed.And the circuit design of the hardware,the drawing and debugging of PCB version are completed.It builts a hardware foundation platform for the intelligent water supply monitoring system.Second,because of the nonlinear and hysteresis of the intelligent water supply system,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted to ensure constant outlet pressure.Third,a remote monitoring system based on Internet+ is designed,which solves the difficulty of,manual inspection,and reduces the cost of manpower and material resources.Forth,this paper studied the fault diagnosis of pump motor based on neural network and the most commonly used diagnostic techniques are BP neural network and PNN neural network.It firstly established two motor fault diagnosis models based on BP neural network and PNN neural network,and then the two models are analyzed.The research shows that:the model based on PNN neural network is better than that of BP neural network.Fifth,after the overall test of the software and hardware of the intelligent water supply monitoring system,the result shows that the system operates stably,which solves the high cost of traditional water supply and the unstability of the water supply pressure.And the system adopts remote monitoring,which solves the difficulty of the manual periodic inspection and improves the work efficiency of the system.
