With the popularization of the industrial energy system,industrial gas has become the energy with the highest proportion in China.It is necessary to realize the efficient,practical,and financial supervision of industrial gas users.The reason is that improving the safety and stability of industrial gas use by gas companies is an effective measure to ensure the safety of users.An excellent industrial gas system needs to have three critical factors in the operation process,which accommodate many users,durable consistency,and high safety factor.At present,most of China's industrial gas terminals focus on the development of the metering function,which lacks safety supervision of on-site.In order to solve the safety problems of industrial gas users,the modern industrial gas system combines the technology of industrial Internet of things with the traditional metering system.It not only realizes the metering function but also can effectively monitor the production environment of industrial gas users to solve the safety problems.The focus of this paper is to solve the problem that the existing gas control system only has the function of remote transmission of metering data but not the remote transmission and permanent storage of flowmeter parameters.A new control system is designed based on the technology provided by the control engineering.It can not only satisfy the metering function of the control system but also realize the on-site supervision of gas users.Meanwhile,this paper will demonstrate the value of the system in practical application.The control system is divided into two parts: the terminal controller and the server.The critical controller provides hardware support for the gas control system,and the server provides a service platform for the control system.This article combines the current mainstream of the flow meter for adaptation.STM32L151VET6 is used as the main control chip,and the internal data is calculated by RS485.The data of the flowmeter is transmitted remotely through the communication module to realize the function of terminal data permanent storage and real-time monitoring.The server of the host computer is compiled using the Java language.The software section consists of a communications toolkit,a database,and the Java Web.The primary function of the communication toolkit is to send instructions and analyze data that is developed based on Java C/S(Client/Server).Using the Oracle database in this system,the reason is that this database is more secure and reliable than other databases.JAVA Web terminal adopts the classic three-tier architecture of Spring+Hibernate+Structs,which provides gas companies with remote data monitoring,terminal management,customer information management,and financial information management.This system has been tried out by a natural gas company in Tianjin.During the use of this system,it has effectively completed the function of monitoring the data related to the user terminal.Finally,it satisfies the demand of the gas company for the supervision of industrial users and improves the management efficiency of the gas company.Currently,the implementation process of the project is further deployed.
