The assembly channel is a new type of environmental protection channel,it has the advantages of quick installation,safe operation and so on.but there are many problems in its production,such as high channel breaking rate,difficulty in demolding,voids and pits after concrete pouring and poor durability of concrete.This seriously restricts the development of the enterprise.In order to solve the problems in the production of the assembling channel,firstly the process problems in production is optimized,and the orthogonal test was used to optimize the concrete ratio.and use it as the base concrete mix ratio.Secendly the single factor test was carried out by adding different amount of basalt fiber to base concrete mix ratio in view of the problem of high breaking rate in large channels.Finally,the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels is carried out to study the influence of different factors on the performance of concrete.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The problem of voids and pits and low strength and hard demoulding is studied by orthogonal experimental method in assembled channels production,the results show that: water cement ratio has the most significant influence on concrete 10 h steam curing compressive strength,sand rate has the most significant influence on channels surface condition,fly ash content has the most significant influence on the degree of difficulty in dismantling.When the water cement ratio is 0.28,the amount of fly ash is 7%,sand ratio is 36%,The channel is most easily dismantled and the concrete voids and pits is the least.Through the optimization of the mold and process problems,the results show that: invading 2mm thick long rubber strip can effectively improve the slurry leakage in the mold stitching.(2)Basalt fiber was added to base concrete mixture ratio for single factor test,the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of basalt fiber reinforced concrete are studied,the results show that: basalt fiber can improve the cohesiveness and water retention of concrete,it can effectively prevent the segregation because of concrete multiple unloading in assembly channel.When the content of basalt fiber is 0.15%,the flexural strength of concrete 10 h steam curing reaches the maximum,reaching3.61 MPa,which is increased by 9.7% compared with that without basalt fiber.When the steel mesh is not reinforced,The break rate of large channel dismantling is reduced to 0.88%.when the basalt fiber content is0.15%,concrete 28 d flexural strength reached the maximum,reaching 7.03 MPa,which is increased by30.2% compared with concrete flexural strength of UN doped basalt fiber,which can effectively reduce the broke rate of channel during the transportation and installation.When the basalt fiber content is 0.10%,strength loss of 28 d and 90 d standard curing concrete after 50 freeze-thaw cycle is minimum,the strength loss of the concrete standard curing 90 d after 15 times of dry wet cycle is minimum under the influence of chlorine,which can effectively alleviate the cracks in the floor and side wall of the channel after it runs over 2-3 years.(3)Through orthogonal test,the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of basalt fiber reinforced concrete are studied,the results show that: the basalt fiber content is the most important factor affecting the cohesive properties and frost resistance and curing 28 d erosion resistance of concrete.The water to binder ratios is the most important factor affecting the 10 h steam curing compressive strength,10 h steam curing flexural strength,28 d compressive strength,the 28 d flexural strength,impermeability and curing 90 d erosion resistance of concrete.The range analysis shows that: when the amount of basalt fiber is0.1%,the amount of fly ash is 11%,water-binder ratio is 0.26,the 15 drying and wetting cycle strength loss rate after concrete curing 28 d is the lowest in the environment of chloride attack,which provides reference for the design of concrete mix proportioning under severe conditions of severe salinization and high temperature difference in Xinjiang.
