Research On Credit Evaluation System Of Construction Enterprise Based On Whole Project Life Cycle

Construction enterprises are an important part of the construction market.Their credit level has a direct impact on construction safety and project quality.Based on the whole life cycle of the project,this paper studies the credit evaluation system of construction enterprises,mainly including the following aspects.Firstly,extracting credit data related to construction enterprises from the database of the credit integration platform of provincial construction market.And through data screening,classification,constraint and preprocessing,the static basic data,dynamic business data and external credit evaluation data structure are obtained.Based on the research of existing evaluation index,in this paper,then giving the mapping relation between evaluation index system and basic data.Secondly,based on the research basic and emphasis of this paper,the rule model of the credit evaluation is established.It gives the specific evaluation and scoring rules combining the basic data and index system,and the outputs describe credit level of the enterprise quantitatively.And then,establish a process model for the credit evaluation of construction enterprises through the concrete analysis of the evaluation process.Workflow and data flow are used for restraining evaluation process to ensure the evaluation process is scientific and reasonable.Next,from the perspective of subjective preference and objective integration,specific score and grade classification,two algorithms are introduced respectively to solve the model.The analytic hierarchy process is used to get the specific credit evaluation score based on the subjective weight method,and the BP neural network is used to get the classification based on the objective comprehensive evaluation method.The optimization direction of the two algorithms is presented.And the scientificity of the two algorithms and the consistency of the output results are verified by example.Finally,the.NET Win Form,Visual Studio,MATLAB and SQL Server are used to design and develop the construction enterprise credit evaluation management system.This paper studies the model,algorithm and system of construction enterprise credit evaluation successively,and it is adopted and verified by examples,a scientific,reasonable and effective credit evaluation system of construction enterprises is established.
