| In recent years,the continuous promotion and application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is gradually changing the development of the domestic construction industry and has become an important tool and approach to promote the informatization and refinement of the construction industry.However,most of the domestic researches on BIM technology focus on the application and promotion of BIM technology,and less attention is paid to the selection and evaluation of BIM software vendors.In fact,how to scientifically select a BIM software supplier suitable for enterprise development has become the key to the success of construction enterprises applying BIM technology.The thesis mainly studies the following contents: adopting literature research methods and survey research methods,preliminary sorting out and selecting the construction enterprise BIM software supplier selection evaluation indicators,and using the Delphi method(Delphi method)to screen and modify the preliminary evaluation indicators.Based on the selected BIM supplier selection evaluation indicators of construction companies,a BIM supplier selection evaluation model for construction companies is established,focusing on solving the three problems of index weight,index quantification and comprehensive evaluation in the process of supplier selection evaluation.Through empirical research,the evaluation index system and evaluation method of BIM software suppliers in construction companies are tested,and some suggestions are put forward for the possible shortcomings of the evaluation model in the future research and application process.The main research results of the thesis include: BIM software supplier selection evaluation indicators of construction companies include software cost,software performance,user service and supplier attributes.Software cost includes initial software acquisition cost,software application training cost,operation and maintenance cost,and system upgrade cost;software performance includes system reliability,complete function matching,easy system operation,data security,system fault tolerance,complete documentation,and easy system Maintenance,advanced technology,system integration,system development,system compatibility and integration capabilities normative and standard,software efficiency;user services include early consultation,installation and implementation and training services,maintenance services,secondary development and development,customer service awareness;supply The attributes of the supplier include the industry influence of supplier qualification,supplier stability,technology research and development,product replacement,past success rate,typical cases and supplier education level.In the construction and construction enterprise BIM supplier selection evaluation model,the Delphi method was used to determine the construction construction enterprise BIM supplier selection evaluation index weights;the scheme comparison method(0/1)was used to weight the qualitative evaluation indicators;the weighted calculation was used to divide each scheme The comprehensive evaluation results are ranked in descending order to determine the winning bidder. |
