Research On The Choice And Development Strategy Of Heilongjiang’s New Energy Industry

Since the reform and opening to the outside world,China has made great progress in economic development,but the economic development mode of extensive development has brought a series of problems,such as overcapacity,and the destruction of the ecosystem.After twenty-first Century,the report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the party put forward the coordination of ensuring development,ensure sustainable development,adjust the original mode of economic growth,ensure the organic coordinated development of the utilization of resources and the ecological environment,and the high density use of regenerated resources.Heilongjiang is a province with abundant resources and abundant reserves of human resources.When the country put forward the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industry,the whole economy rose rapidly.However,since 2012,Heilongjiang’s economy has entered a slow growth period,which is lower than GDP.By 2013,the growth rate was only five percent.The problem of irrational economic structure in Heilongjiang has been gradually exposed,and the advantages of resource-based provinces have gradually been lost.In this regard,under the new normal development pattern.This article is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the significance of the development of the new energy industry and the necessity and significance of the development of the new energy industry in Heilongjiang Province as a major energy province.At the same time,the new energy development of various kinds of Heilongjiang province is analyzed one by one,and the more mainstream wind,water and biomass energy in the province are selected and analyzed.In this chapter,the biomass energy is selected as the new energy species which is most suitable for the development of Heilongjiang,and the second main parts are analyzed.The empirical analysis method is adopted to analyze the correlation between the industrial structure of Heilongjiang province and the growth of GDP.At the same time,the energy industry is divided into two aspects,one is the traditional energy industry represented by coal and oil,and the two is the new energy industry,which is represented by the biomass energy.In the whole analysis,multiple linear regression model is used to analyze the relationship between multiple independent variables and dependent variables.The third part of this paper analyzes the advantages of biomass energy in the development of Heilongjiang province and its development through the factor analysis.Finally,according to the corresponding problems encountered in the previous article,the relevant countermeasures for the development of Heilongjiang’s biomass energy are put forward.Based on the measurement of biomass contribution to GDP in Heilongjiang province and the factors and difficulties restricting development.
