Research On The Path Of Realizing Sustainable Development Of Inner Mongolia Energy Industry

Energy is an indispensable source for China’s economic development,so energy sustainability determines the sustainability of economic development.Therefore,ensuring the rational development and utilization of energy,maintaining a healthy and sustainable supply of energy have become the basic requirements for China’s economic development.At present,although China’s energy utilization efficiency is continuously improving and energy planning is continuously improving,there are still problems such as excessive energy exploitation and serious pollution of the ecological environment.In some regions,due to the economic transformation period,the industrial structure has not broken through the dependence on resources,development and utilization are getting worse.As a major energy province,economic development has always been dominated by the energy industry.In the face of excessive resource consumption and serious damage to the ecological environment,the traditional energy development model is far from being able to adapt to the sustainable development of the economy.Therefore,while maintaining stable economic development,it is extremely urgent to find a sustainable energy development path.Only by building an energy-efficient,environment-friendly and economically stable energy development system can we ensure the efficient and sustainable development of Inner Mongolia’s economy.Based on the theory of energy economy,industrial development theory and sustainable development,this paper conducts statistical analysis based on the energy industry related data such as the Inner Mongolia Statistics Bureau and the annual statistical reports.Through statistical analysis and principal component analysis,from the four aspects of energy construction,energy production,energy consumption and energy environment,we will build an indicator system to analyze the sustainability of Inner Mongolia’s energy industry,point out problems,and suggestions on the sustainable development of energy industry from the perspectives of capital,technology,new energy and system.The main research conclusions are: At one hand,based on the evaluationprinciple of “energy-economy-environment”,this paper constructs the Inner Mongolia energy industry evaluation system and evaluates the sustainability of Inner Mongolia energy industry from four aspects: energy construction,energy production,energy consumption and energy environment.At other hand,through the evaluation of the sustainability of energy industry in Inner Mongolia,it is found that the following problems exist in energy development: first,insufficient investment in energy funds and serious shortage of human resources;second,excessive dependence on traditional energy sources,limited energy production efficiency;third,new types Insufficient energy development and weak energy consumption substitution;fourth,traditional energy pollution is serious and environmental governance is insufficient.At last hand,in view of the problems existing in the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia’s energy industry,the sustainable development path is proposed,which mainly includes the following points: first,insufficient investment in energy funds and a serious shortage of human resources;second,improve traditional energy efficiency to promote energy sustainability;third,improving energy sustainability with new energy alternative consumption;fourth,system-based multiparty governance to ensure energy sustainability.
