Study On Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Sustainable Development Of New Energy Industry In China

The rapid economy development has caused the consumption of energy and the damage of environment,known as the dual security problem of traditional energy.In this context,the new energy industry began to rise.Countries around the world started to research and develop of new energy,in order to transform the economic development pattern,optimize the energy structure,solve the problem of energy security,play ecological benefits from saving fossil energy and reducing pollution emissions.New energy has become the focus of international economic competition.Thanks to the government support and the world’s technical progress,the new energy industry develop rapidly in China.The scale of the industry expanded and the industry profits increased.Chinese new energy industry has been ranked first in the world in the field of photovoltaic power generation capacity,battery production and so on.The adjustment of economic structure and the reform of electric power system have provided new opportunities for the development of new energy industry.But the development of new energy industry in China started late,about 70% enterprises were founded after 2010.Profit-oriented development model has resulted of many drawbacks.So it is more theoretical and practical significance to study the sustainable development of the new energy industry.Based on the theory of sustainable development and combined with the characteristics of the development of new energy industry,the sustainable development of new energy industry was analyzed in theoretical from the aspects of "economy,ecology,society" and the dimensions of "power,quality,fairness".The paper select the relevant indicators on this basis,reflect and evaluate the development of Chinese new energy industry in entropyTOPSIS.And then the paper construct the system-coordination model and the comprehensive-evaluation model of industrial sustainable development in coefficient of variation method.At last,the paper analyze the data of 2006 to 2015.The empirical results show that the sustainable development of China’s new energy industry has experienced a high growth from 2009 to 2013.But in recent years,there has been a downward trend,the three systems have different degrees of decline.Specifically,the external environment of industrial development improve,industrial efficiency improve,the ecological protection gradually highlights.But the decline of innovation ability and the decrease of international demand are the reasons for the slow development of economic system;The waste of resources caused by abandoned wind power reduces the environmental benefits of the new energy industry;The change of the quantity and structure of labor affects the support ability of social system to industrial development.According to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on sustainable development of new energy industry.Firstly,playing the role of the government and accelerating infrastructure construction to solve the new energy consumptive.Secondly,improving the technical level to solve the environmental problem,and improve the competitiveness in the international market.Lastly,increasing the level of domestic demand to reduce the dependence on the international market.
