The Study On Whole Process Control Of Construction Quality Of Aerospace Construction Project

Quality is the life of the enterprise,and it plays a decisive role in the success or failure of the project.At present,the project quality is the core of the project competition on the stage of the market competition,the quality of the project not only determines the future development of the engineering construction enterprise,but also relates to the people’s life and property safety.China aerospace more than 50 years of development experience tell us that quality is the eternal theme of the aerospace science and technology industry.The high quality construction management theory is urgently needed to guide the scientific and rational construction of aerospace project,to improve the level of project management,to truly guarantee the need of modern production,and to provide material foundation platform for the development of space science and technology.This paper studies the construction quality control of the space construction project.First of all,based on the literature research of project quality management research status in our country and abroad,preliminarily determines the aerospace engineering construction quality control of the research content and research methods.Secondly,with the Space W Comprehensive Test Plant Project as an example,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,the process of this project construction quality control a detailed analysis of the problems and causes.Thirdly,on the basis of three phases,i.e,mobilization,construction and handing over,the application of system analysis in the light of the characteristics of aerospace engineering and system to establish goals,building construction process quality control system.Fourthly,aiming at the characteristics of different phases of the project,the concrete implementation methods of the construction preparation stage,construction and handing over stage of the space construction project are formulated.Finally,in order to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the project quality control system,this paper provide measures in the aspect of organization system,regulation system and technology system.The main purpose of this paper is to give enterprises engaged in aerospaceengineering in terms of quality management to provide a scientific guidance for the smooth implementation of the project construction.The author hopes method of quality control discussed in the paper provide useful contribution to the engineering construction contractor for their project management.
