The Research On Quality Management And Control Of Construction Project

Construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China. Project as a construction engineering products, investment and cost of labor, materials, energy are considerable, investors in a huge investment, purpose is to meet the demand of users to use the ideal engineering products. Level of construction project quality, on the one hand, about the credibility of enterprises and development prospects, on the other hand, relates to the use of people’s life and property security, so in the construction project quality problem that nots allow to ignore. Therefore, study how to strengthen the project quality management and quality control has important practical significance.In this paper, after studying abroad, especially in Germany and the United States on the basis of current situation of the development of construction project, according to construction engineering project quality management and control in our country development present situation and the existing shortcomings to do the analysis. To parse the concept of quality management, and then introduced the quality management of the development of the three stages, namely the inspection quality management, statistical quality management, total quality management stage. The construction project quality management as a system engineering, from the quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, on how to improve the construction project quality management in our country has carried on the preliminary study.Engineering quality problem is a problem that nots allow to ignore, our country’s engineering quality problem is a cause for concern, will all kinds of engineering of the basic causes of quality problems are analyzed, and then around the foundation engineering, masonry and reinforced concrete engineering, roofing waterproof project of different types of quality problem formation reasons and the countermeasures is presented. This paper mainly introduces the principle and method of quality control. Principle, deeply analyses the PDCA cycle and six sigma management, centered around the characteristics of the different stages of both was studied.In the quality control method, the histogram is a graphic representation of distribution of quantitative data, pareto diagram is to find the main quality problems or the main factors influencing the quality of a kind of method, cause and effect diagram is a kind of used to analyze the characteristics (results) and may affect the quality characteristic factor (cause) a tool, scatter diagram is to analyze the research related to the relationship between two variables of graphical tools. Finally introduces the work on the construction project quality control procedures. The detailed analysis will project quality management of similar projects in the future play a guidance and reference.
