In recent years,the domestic air pollution and extreme weather problems have become increasingly prominent.It is imperative to optimize the domestic energy structure,enhance the utilization rate of fossil fuels and promote renewable energy.As the national "coal to gas","coal to electricity" and other conventional equipment transformation,alternative,a large number of new energy supply settings for all types of enterprises,investment and operating costs increased significantly.At the same time,the extensive use of various energy sources such as electricity,steam and hot water in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical enterprises and the implementation of GMP certification and other industry standards have made medical enterprises put forward higher requirements on the clean,efficient and intelligent use of energy.Natural gas distributed energy is a multienergy energy supply technology that is widely used in modern energy systems.In this paper,the adaptation and optimization of natural gas distributed energy systems to the pharmaceutical industry and the improvement of distributed energy systems in the pharmaceutical industry are analyzed.Health status.The promotion and application of natural gas distributed energy can effectively improve the comprehensive energy utilization rate of enterprises,reduce the proportion of coal and electricity,improve the application of renewable energy technologies and reduce the cost of energy use.In this paper,a pharmaceutical industry park in Henan Province,the energy system as the research object,the industrial park overview,the use of energy form,energy range,energy use time and other energy-using features were investigated.On the basis of the survey data,we conducted data analysis with Dest simulation software and comparison of production energy in the same industry,industrial production electricity,air conditioning cooling,heating heat and process steam.Industrial Park production can use technology-based heat,electricity is mainly the production of electricity without electricity technology equipment,thermoelectric ratio between 3 to 8 fluctuations.In this paper,a typical natural gas distributed energy operation mode is selected,and the energy scheme of industrial park distributed energy system is selected based on the model of electric constant heat.According to different waste heat utilization process route,combined with the design scheme in different seasons and under different loads,the comprehensive energy utilization rate and equipment utilization rate are compared,and the comprehensive energy utilization rate and equipment utilization rate are selected.Under the conditions of 50%,75% and 100% load of distributed energy system,the single machine utilization rate of each equipment is analyzed and the scheme economy is analyzed and verified.Finally,the preparation of system energy and energy plan and operation strategy formulationThe system plan makes the distributed energy system meet the various production energy requirements in the industrial park,meanwhile dispose the waste heat utilization equipment reasonably,which reduces the overall investment of the system,reduces the primary energy consumption and achieves the lowest comprehensive cost.The research results of this paper can provide ideas for the optimization of industrial natural gas distributed energy system solutions and promote the popularization and application of distributed energy systems.
