In Hebei province in order to optimize energy structure,the response to air pollution,actively promote the construction of characteristic industrial park,through "the enterprise into the garden" and "coal to gas" to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,alleviate the fog haze,including small gas-fired cogeneration system as a "big pressure on the small" and "coal to gas" effective means are widely used in industrial park,used to replace coal scattered small boilers.In this paper,taking Shijiazhuang leather production zone for actual cases,this newly-built park is the main industry in raw leather,production process and need to use steam heating,in order to reduce air pollutant emissions,energy conservation and emissions reduction targets,the local government decided to mount small gas-fired cogeneration,to replace the 23 mill production enterprise self-provided by 30 scattered coal-fired boiler.First of all,the author according to the actual production status and plans to enterprises in the park planning of enterprises in the park survey statistics,estimates the production process of the heating of the heat load and heat load,the summer air conditioning heat load,heat consumption and power load all the year round.Then,through comparative analysis of the current application more gas cogeneration main mode,with the appropriate load characteristic of the system configuration is the park,and combining with the system operation mode,the system parameter choice,and the equipment selection,system efficiency and the economic feasibility,the rationality of the evaluation of the cogeneration system.Third,by field measurement and theoretical calculation,comparison before and after the system reform of product production,the main atmospheric pollutants(soot,SO2,PM10 and PM2.5,NOx,CO,CO2)emissions,such as data,spread the system and the enterprise should bring along their own small coal-fired boilers for energy consumption per unit product and analysis of the main atmospheric pollutants emissions,and in the process of comparison and analysis,using empirical data such as the emission factor two-way calibration with actual measured value,so as to verify the main atmospheric pollutants emission empirical data and the accuracy of the actual measured value,and then get to small cogeneration scattered place after the coal-fired boiler energy conservation and emission reductions,verify its can completely meet the government's commitment to energy conservation and emissions reduction,and the ability to complete the annual energy conservation and emissions reduction targets.Finally,according to the case of this research topic in the process of design,construction and operation of policy barriers,the analysis and the supportive and restrictive policies on the level of provinces and cities,to the more mature areas of policy,for the local development of gas-fired cogeneration,operable Suggestions to facilitate the development and popularization of such projects in the local.
