In the current electricity market environment of China,the clean energy generation network has been greatly developed.In areas with abundant water resources,hydroelectric power generation is playing an important role,while hydro and thermal power are the different interests,which are faced with the problem of capacity allocation in the common integration and transmission system.There is a conflict of interests.How to realize the reasonable capacity planning of hydro thermal power generation in hydro thermal integrated transmission system is still a problem worth further study.Aiming at the problem of capacity allocation in hydro and thermal combined transmission system,this paper discusses a capacity planning problem of hydro and thermal GENCOs under market environment on the basis of China's national conditions and the policy of preferential access to clean energy,which is based on the two conditions of cooperation and non cooperation.Through the use of the Cournot model,The corresponding solution method is given.The main contents include:(1)Aiming at the situation of non cooperation between hydro and thermal GENCOs,the duopoly game model is set up to achieve the goal of maximizing the individual profit,and considering the influence of inflow,the constraint conditions of the total capacity of the two sides not exceeding the maximum capacity of the transformer and the power generation of the hydropower are less than the maximum capacity of the power generation,.Finally,the optimal solution of the capacity planning is obtained by solving the algorithm,and the Nash equilibrium solution of the maximum profit is obtained.(2)When there is cooperation between the two sides,the corresponding constraints are also set.With the goal of maximizing the total profit of both sides,the capacity planning is carried out,and the respective capacity planning values of the cooperation are finally obtained,and the result is that only the mutual transfer of the two parties can reach the consensus of cooperation.The profit allocation method considering the proportion of cost factor to total power generation is given.Finally,the capacity allocation scheme of hydro and thermal power under the consensus of cooperation is determined.(3)Finally,the actual example analysis can be obtained: when both sides carry out capacity planning,decisions will affect each other's earnings and affect their decisions.;the total sum of profits under the consensus of cooperation is higher than that of non cooperation,however,both sides' profits have not been improved,there will be an increase in the profits of the suppliers themselves and the damage to the profits of hydro power providers;if the profits of cooperation is not able to exchange or trade,hydro and thermal GENCOs will not lead to a consensus on cooperation;if profits can be exchanged or traded,a reasonable profit distribution scheme can facilitate cooperation,and the distribution of profits by considering the allocation of cost factors will make the consensus of cooperation more stable.In this paper,the capacity planning of hydro and thermal GENCOs based on the Cournot duopoly model is studied in the market environment,and it provides a new method and idea for solving the conflict between clean energy and traditional thermal power grid.It is of guiding significance to ensure the rational development of clean energy and traditional thermal power.
