With the rapid improvement of road infrastructure and the development of economy,China's road transportation is also developing rapidly.In the aspect of liquid transportation,heavy tank vehicle plays a more and more important role in the transportation of liquid chemical products and liquid food because of its high efficiency and good economy.However,the vehicle in braking and turning conditions will inevitably result in sloshing of the liquid in the tank vehicle,affecting the safe operation of the vehicle,so the sloshing characteristics of liquid in the tank and the anti-wave level can also reflect the core technology of the tank vehicle.The subject of this paper is a certain type of aluminum alloy tank semi-trailer produced by a special vehicle company in Suizhou,the anti-wave characteristics of the original tanker under different working conditions is studied by using the computational fluid dynamics finite element method,then the optimal design of the anti-wave structure is carried out.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling of the tank and the liquid in the tank is build,then the software FLUENT is used to simulate the fluid model,analyzing the distribution of the flow field and the distribution of the pressure field and the forces of the walls of the tank at different filling ratio,braking acceleration and filling material.Then we will have a understanding of the braking process of tank vehicles under different conditions.Analysis and optimization of anti-wave device and tank structural of liquid tank vehicle.First,the sloshing situation of the liquid in the tank and the pressure change of the walls in time are analyzed in the condition of different number of anti-wave baffle,so the effect of the antiwave baffle is verified.Then analysis of wave effect and structural strength of the elliptical arc anti-wave baffle and flat anti-wave baffles,it demonstrates the superiority of the elliptical arc breakwater.Because of the holes structure for the anti-wave baffle affects the performance,based on the orthogonal optimization method,find the most appropriate layout of the holes in anti-wave baffle,and the influence size of each hole is analyzed.At last,the optimization design is carried out on the cross section of the tank,and the lateral sloshing frequency of the tank is improved and the center of gravity is reduced,thus improving the stability of the tank vehicle.
