As the main driving power of front-end industry, the performance of asynchronous motor directly affects the operation efficiency and precision of the workload. The vibration of asynchronous motor is the focal point of this thesis,in which the finite element(FE)model of the model is proposed.Based on the FE model, the optimizing design of vibration improvement was studied to provide technical support for motor designing.3D entity models of the whole motor were established according to the known geometric parameters of motor parts.Considering the actual installation and working condition of asynchronous motor,we determined corresponding boundary constraints and simplified the geometric model in an equivalent way.The FE model of rotorbearing system and the whole motor are derived on the base that the bearing stiffness is calculated accurately. The natural frequency and vibration mode of motor system was calculated by vibration modal analyzing.Besides,an experimental modal testing was designed to compare the results of the experiment with the simulation results to verify the validity of model.Based on the finite element model of asynchronous motor,by taking the geometry dimensions of the rotor as design variables, taking the maximum first order natural frequency and minimum mass of asynchronous motor rotor as optimization goals, and limiting the maximum stress less than the allowable stress as constraint conditions, the asynchronous motor rotor design was optimized. Finally the proposed method in this thesis was applied to the actual motor. The results show that the goal of high stiffness and light weight was successfully achieved.
