The linear motor bogies of line 4 & 5 of Guangzhou are the introduction technology of Bombardier for CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co.,Ltd.The bogie of the linear motor type have the characteristics of over-curve capability,good climbing performance,low engineering cost,low vibration and noise,etc.It is an advanced subway bogie and has a vast market.Since the bogie was introduced follow the whole vehicle,rubber elastic components on the vehicle were introduced from foreign suppliers.After used for 1 or 3 years,the creep of the primary spring exceed the requirement,and the rubber bush used on traction system and motor suspension system are exist the bonding problem,which can't meet the requirement of service life.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop the rubber elastic components of the bogie.On the one hand,completely solve the operation problem of rubber parts,on the other hand,to reduce the technical constraints of foreign suppliers,reduce service costs and improve the level of autonomy technology.In this paper,aiming at the localization of elastic components of linear motor bogies on line 4 and 5 of Guangzhou,the field investigation and analysis of technical parameters and the in depth analysis of the structure were carried out,an alternative scheme was put forward and the products have been mounted for operation.The details are as follows:1.The advantages and disadvantages of different structures of primary traction link bushes were studied and discussed,and the fatigue properties of natural rubber and neoprene at 70 ° C have been analyzed and compared.And the stress and strain of rubber under working load was analyzed by FEA.And a "close-in" structure for primary traction link bush was designed.As well,the rubber strain of the structure was reduced by more than 15% through simulation.At the same time,the fatigue tests under normal temperature and high temperature were carried out,the fatigue performance of the product was increased by more than 4 times.2.The primary springs were analyzed the operating conditions and key performances.After integrate a large number of design experiences and learn from success stories of primary spring design,calculated each layer of rubber strain to form a primary spring design of the equal strain.Adopt a formula of low creep to product the primary spring.Localization parts have passed the adhesion performance,vertical static stiffness,vertical dynamic stiffness,creep and fatigue test validation.After compared the dynamic test with imported parts,the results show that the root mean square values of the vertical and lateral vibration acceleration are better than those of the imported parts.After one year operating,the creep value of domestic parts is 2 ~ 3mm,less than the required 4mm,and much smaller than the creep value 7mm of imported parts.3.The installation and the force of the supporting beam of the balanced beam have been studied and analyzed,and the finite element software was used to simulate the failure mode of the imported parts,the reason of the failure of the imported parts was found out.And the equivalent strain design method of the asymmetric structure was put forward.Through the optimization of the rubber profile,the taper of plate and the distribution of the rubber layer,a balance beam support have been developed.The axial stiffness,stress relaxation and fatigue test of domestic parts have been verified by the comparison test with imported parts.The performance was better than that of imported part,the service life been greatly improved.Through research,formed the interchangeable elastic components,breaked through foreign technical barriers,reduced operating cost,and it is more convenient for repairment and routine maintenance for the Guangzhou Metro.At present,the linear motor bogie mounted of native elastic components has been installed for 5 years,and achieve the product frame repair replacement cycle.The performances of localization have achieved the initial targets,the project has been successful.
