Research On The POE Of Residents In Green Residential Area In Changsha City

China's green building and green industry is in a period of rapid development.The government departments are gradually improving relevant indicators and evaluation system of green building,but they all have the same problem,ignoring the subjective feelings of users.There are many factors affecting the subjective feelings of the users,and the building performance is only a part of them.The questionnaire was design based on Evaluation standard for green building in Hunan province to investigate the users live in green residential area of Changsha city.Those data are analyze from the subjective perception level and used to explore its intrinsic connection and offer suggestions for the future development of green residential areas.Taking the green label as the reference,using the post evaluation as the research method,collecting data in the form of questionnaire and using statistical methods to analysis data,Study on POE of residents in three green residential areas in Changsha city are used to conduct a variety of analysis from subjective perception level.The main methods and conclusions are as follows.1.The domestic and foreign green residential areas and green buildings related literature are collected.Study the post evaluation method and sum up literatures according to the time and content after reading in order to lay a good theoretical foundation for the research.2.Design the questionnaire based on Evaluation standard for green building in Hunan province.The structure of the questionnaire is similar to the green building evaluation standard,which divided into seven major categories,and had 62 problems.The seven major categories are section and outdoor environment,energy saving and energy utilization,water saving and water resources utilization,timber saving and material resources utilization,indoor environment quality,construction management and operation management.3.Choose three typical green residential area in Changsha City,interviewing those residents and collecting information and date.Using software to analyze date by the reliability and validity detection,the main situation analysis,the missing value analysis,the mean standard deviation analysis and so on,then evaluate the green residential area.In the end,calculate the total score reference to the green label weight.4.The research conclusions are as follows: the residents don't know much about green residential area or green building,and the knowledge of green residential area and green building technology is too specialized to cause the residents to know little a bout the green technology and related knowledge.5.In all three residential areas the outdoor environment and the indoor environment quality is generally get the highest score,which means the residents fell satisfied with it.The evaluation of the operation and construction management is generally low,which means the residents is more dissatisfied with the construction and the operation.Summarizing the conclusion of green residential evaluation from three levels: residents' understanding,satisfaction and green technology feedback,then giving suggestions from four aspects: the green propaganda,green residential design,green technology,operation and management.
