The Application Research Of Green Technology In The Residential Area Of Fuyang

The communist party of China should insist on the fifth plenary session of the 17th emphasize building a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society as an important focus of speed up the transformation of the pattern of economic development,adhere to the people-oriented,green first,fully implement the concept of green development,to speed up the pace of green construction,improve the ecological living environment,health and continued.Clear waters and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver.We must work hard to achieve green development.Green building development is the product and need of historical continuation.China has a vast region with a great difference in climate between the north and the South.The development of green building in each region should be localized in accordance with the geographical,climatic and cultural conditions of each region.This paper carries out the concept of green development,to build a green ecological livable city in Fuyang,to build a green ecological urban area in Fuyang,to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,to focus on the whole process of regional planning,construction and operation,to implement the green,ecological,low-carbon requirements.In this paper,green building design and green building construction are analyzed and studied by taking a proposed residential area in Yingzhou District,Fuyang city as an example.This paper has carried on the main research from three aspects.The first part:the overview of green building project in Fuyang residential area,mainly discusses the relevant national,local and industrial norms and standards related to green building design in Fuyang area.The climate and geographical conditions of green buildings in Fuyang area were analyzed,the general layout was rationally planned,the concept of"sponge city" was introduced into the general planning,and the unity of green building design was improved.The second aspect:The green building design of Fuyang residential area is optimized from the following five aspects:safety durability,health and comfort,convenience of life,resource conservation and environmental livability,so as to create a green and environmentally friendly ecological residential area.The third aspect:Green building construction in Fuyang residential area.This paper mainly discusses the compilation basis,green construction management system and green construction management responsibility of the green building construction in Fuyang residential area,and standardizes and optimizes various control conditions of green construction.Green building is a macro system,which should not only focus on its individual buildings,but also be considered comprehensively in combination with the comprehensive planning of the city.Especially in the design of green buildings,it is necessary to combine multiple majors to effectively combine the various majors,such as architecture,structure,water,electricity and heating,etc.,for unified design.This paper mainly studies the design and construction process of green building in Fuyang residential area.Due to the limited time,there is no systematic research on the management and maintenance of green building in the later period.Therefore,in the follow-up study,attention should also be paid to the fuyang residential green building in the late operation management research.Figure 41 table 9 reference 60...
