| The method to impart construction experience and technology of China's rural housing were mainly related on oral teaching and handed down from generation to generation.This kind of farmer self-organization building method required high labor intensity and long construction period and the construction quality is also very low,resulting a lot of housing structure layout cannot reach the design criterion and even has security risks.In addition,without professional design,the comfort level of these buildings were also low and cannot satisfy the increasing living standards of villagers.With the rapid development of urbanization,the scale of rural population has decreased sharply,large amount outflow of rural middle-aged labor force has led to a series of peculiar problems.Under this background,with the gradual increase of labor cost,the traditional construction method will be difficult to maintain in the future,the transformation of rural residential construction method is imminent.In recent years,the construction industrialization of China is being vigorously promoted.In the foreseeable future,the features of high quality,low cost and high efficiency of construction industrialization will be an irreversible development trend.The technical route of construction industrialization advocate factory prefabrication,site assembly,and high degree of standardization,short construction period and low site pollution will be very useful to solve the problems of rural housing construction.This research was taken two villages which were located in the central Anhui area as examples,and intent to explore a suitable design system for rural area's industrialization.Firstly,this research was through the interview of two representative villages to understand that whether in Nanzha village which has been relocated because of the need of flood control or in Hongtuan village which has been selected as one of the traditional village of China.The villagers who are living in the temporary houses or traditional houses are all express the dissatisfactions and demands to change the status quo,and this kind of situation could be used to demonstrate the necessity of promoting the industrialization in rural area.At the same time this research was also through the analyze of network's big data to display the industrialization of rural housing have been attached great importance during recent years and Anhui province have a solid foundation on the aspect of construction industrialization,to demonstrates the feasibility of promote construction industrialization in rural area.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire,home measuring and content analysis to grasp the villagers' demand,rural housing spatial distribution and the traditional architectural style elements of central Anhui area as the basic data and then to use these data to guide the construction industrialization in rural area.Finally,based on the contents of the guidance,this research was through the use of modular construction method to build a complete industrial system of industrialization rural housing,and on the basis of the relationship between family industrial nature and family generation number,to conduct the corresponding analysis and discussion of the house type division and combination of the modular rural housing.This research was chosen the analyze of villagers living status and network information as the starting point,through the interview and big data analysis to make the corresponding derivation of the necessity and feasibility of industrialization rural housing.At the same time,this research also via multi perspective to analyze the villagers' demand,rural housing spatial distribution and the traditional architectural style elements to provide data to support the promotion of industrialization rural housing,and then this research also made a discussion of modular housing design,in order to promote the industrialization of rural housing development in the future. |
