Asphalt pavement compaction degree has been one of the important index of highway construction quality detection, improve the compaction quality not only directly enhances the crack resistance of pavement strength and low temperature environment, can also eliminate sunken, cracks, loose surface defect, maximally reduces the road construction project and maintenance costs.Vibratory roller in the pavement compaction process, the vibration acceleration signal contains various information of compaction process, pavement compaction degree change represents the pavement stiffness changes, and pavement stiffness changes directly caused by the change of vibration acceleration, the vibration acceleration size research can be judged asphalt pavement stiffness changes, so effectively on pavement stiffness and the research of the relationship between vibration acceleration has important significance.In this paper, through analysis of vibration pressure roller in the process of vibration compaction between the compaction parameters, as well as the asphalt pavement is relations between the physical parameters in the compaction process, established the "vibratory road roller-asphalt pavement" mathematical model of the system, to verify the simulation analysis and experimental data, the pavement stiffness and the relationship between vibration acceleration. Mainly includes the following research contents:(1) Based on vibratory roller compaction principle and the asphalt pavement compaction characteristics and the vibration pressure road machine working process, mechanical analysis, the establishment of two degree of freedom mathematical model of the " vibratory road roller-asphalt pavement ". Through the model to calculate, the vibration road roller pressure in the viscoelasticity of asphalt pavement stage pavement stiffness and the relationship between vibration acceleration are obtained.(2) Analysis of vibratory road roller compaction viscoelastic asphalt pavement in the process parameters change, pavement stiffness were expressed by vibration acceleration and time variable, then use matlab to carry on simulation analysis, the establishment of surface stiffness over the change of vibration acceleration, the simulation and the various types of vibration road roller corresponding pavement stiffness and vibration acceleration change simulation curve.(3) From the various types of vibration pressure machine of the road pavement stiffness and vibration acceleration simulation curve to get multiple sets of data, using Excel to fit the data analysis, to obtain the corresponding model of vibratory road roller compaction of asphalt pavement viscoelastic stage pavement analysis for stiffness and vibration acceleration expressions, and the test data of expression was validated.(4) Summarize and analyze the various types of vibration roller the work quality of compaction of asphalt pavement viscoelastic stage pavement stiffness and the effects of vibration acceleration linear relationship, provided certain reference for compaction degree of real time monitoring technology research.
