The vertical pillow-type bag packaging machine is a packaging device for completing the pillow-shaped bag packaging,and its main function is to form a separate pillow-type packaging bag through a process of stretch film forming,vertical sealing,and horizontal sealing.The large-scale commodity packaging industry requires pillow packaging machines to have high packaging quality and precision,and it also requires high production speeds.The transverse sealing device is an important functional structure that completes the horizontal heat sealing and shearing of the packaging machine,and its quality directly determines the overall working performance of the packaging machine.For this reason,the following design and theoretical studies were done.Referring to the working principle of the existing pouch-shaped pouch packaging machine transverse sealing device,a structure solution using a servo-driven double-crank slider type sealing device is proposed,and a specific transverse sealing device structure is designed for this solution.This design solution can meet the demand for high-quality packaging,and can achieve continuous production at the same time,enabling higher production speeds.In order to solve the problem of the cantilever beam's winding and stiffness,static analysis was performed on the transverse sealing device.Through the force analysis,the hazardous conditions of the structure of the transverse seal device were obtained.Ansys Workbench software was used to perform finite element static analysis and structural design optimization,effectively reducing the degree of winding while increasing the structural stiffness,and improving the overall structure of the running accuracy.The motion characteristics of the diaphragm sealer were analyzed,and the input characteristics of the servo motor satisfying the packaging requirements were studied.Using ADAMS virtual prototyping software,the kinematics simulation verification and analysis and multi-body dynamics simulation analysis were performed on the transverse seal device.The dynamic behavior of the transverse seal device drive motor and the frictional motion pair was simulated and its kinematics characteristics were studied.The mechanism error of the horizontal clamping heat sealing mechanism in the horizontal sealing device was analyzed using the mechanism error theory,and the mean value and variance curve of the output error at different rotation angles were obtained.According to the mechanism reliability reliability theory,Monte Carlo numerical simulation method was used to analyze the reliability of the horizontal mechanism of the horizontal sealing device,and the operating reliability of the mechanism under different rotation angles was obtained.Finally,Monte Carlo numerical simulation method was used to analyze the reliability of horizontal mechanism of horizontal sealing device.The influence of the key parameters of the mechanism on the motion accuracy of the overall mechanism was compared,which provided theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of the mechanism.
