The global environmental pollution and the problem of primary energy shortage has become increasingly prominent,the renewable energy,mainly represented by solar,wind and biomass,which is used as an alternative and complementary energy,has gradually gained extensive attention.Among them,the biomass energy is widely studied and utilized in terms of its rich resources,extensive distribution,and diversified uses.This paper is based on the national science and technology support project-bio-gas industry model research and use demonstration(2015BAD21B00),aiming at the main problems existing in the process of biomass gasification,a new type of external heating gasifier is designed independently,On the basis of this,the heat storage and gasification pyrolysis characteristics of the regenerative gasification were studied.Gasification to provide theoretical basis and data support.In this paper,gasification law and process research of biomass materials is prepared at different temperatures(700?,800?,900?),different particle size(60 mesh,80 mesh,100 mesh)and different S/B(0,0.7,1.4,2.1).The results show that the increase of the temperature can improve the gas production,but the calorific value of the gas decreases.The temperature rose from 700?to 900?,gas production increased by 31%,from 1.19m~3/kg increased to 1.56m~3/kg.Gasification efficiency increased from 86%to 96%,calorific value from 14060.57kJ/m~3 down19%to 11817.84 kJ/m~3;In the S/B=1.4 experimental conditions,the H2 content increased from 28.13%to 35.94%,the increase rate was 21.73%,the gasification efficiency,the carbon content and the carbon content were increased.Conversion rate,gasification calorific value increased significantly to 94%,96%,12159.04 kJ/m~3;The smaller the particle size,the mass transfer heat transfer during the gasification process,the gas production increased significantly,the particle size decreased from 60mesh to 100 mesh,the gas production increased from 0.9 m~3/kg to 1.32 m~3/kg.Gasification efficiency increased from 65%to 94%.
