Research On Evaluation Of Landscape Residential Area From The Perspective Of The Elderly In Xi'an

This article is mainly from the perspective of the elderly to study the influence of the landscape environment in residential areas on the sensory experience of the elderly.According to the evaluation results of the landscape environment of the residential area by the elderly,the paper explores a residential area landscape environmental assessment model that is suitable for the elderly and has the characteristics of the elderly population.In recent years,the national population of our country has been continuously growing,and the population of the elderly is also increasing.The attendant effects and problems associated with the growth of the elderly population have become more and more obvious,and their problems have also caused a great deal of attention in the society.The living environment of the elderly has also become the focus of attention.The comfortable old age of the elderly can not live without the excellent residential community landscape environment,and the residential community landscape environment has also become a very important part of the elderly in their old age.The rapid development of our country's economy also affects the renewal and changes of our residential areas.However,in the past eighties and ninety years,the unit family building and the current commercial housing,demolition and relocation of housing coexist in the city,with the time span of several decades,the landscape of the residential community is also a big gap.In the past,residential areas did not take into account the rapid pace of socio-economic development during the design process.Therefore,many functions of the elderly needs were not included in the design.Therefore,many of the existing residential quarters in the old residential areas cannot fit and meet the requirements of the elderly for its landscape space use.However,for newly built communities,the landscape design is mainly for a large number of young and middle-aged people.The landscape space designed specifically for the elderly population is not directly proportional to the demand.The study of the elderly's evaluation of the reasonable feelings and needs of the residential area landscape is a key research topic for China's aging population.The author is based on the above-mentioned important issues faced by aging and takes Xi'an elderly people's assessment of the landscape environment of residential areas as the research content.Selecting parts of Xi'an city have different completion times,different positioning areas,different community attribution characteristics and different types of residence.The population of the population represents the residential community to observe,investigate and analyze the elderly population they live in.Field surveys,questionnaires,and interviews were used to collect data from survey objectives.Behavioral observations,AHP analytic hierarchy process,and SD sensory records were used to analyze the results of the data.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation and analysis system was formed.After analyzing,summarizing and summarizing according to the finally obtained effective data.Gained the subjective internal needs of the elderly in Xi'an for the residential landscape space,which includes: 1.The sense of security.2.Self-confidence of landscape space for older people enhances demand.3.Landscape space needs to increase the sense of communication between the elderly and people.4.The need for intrinsic feeling of belonging to the residential landscape space.5.Comfort needs.At the same time,it also summarizes some of the existing problems and conflicts that need to be resolved in the residential area.Such as: 1.Landscape space layout is not reasonable.2.Late management is not sufficient.3.The safety of the landscape environment is relatively poor.4.The sense of landscape space is single.5.A series of problems such as the lack of auxiliary facilities.Based on the existing problems and contradictions,and combining the needs of the elderly to put forward relevant feasibility optimization strategies: 1.To enhance the spatial sense of the landscape of residential areas.2.Focus on the age-related design of residential areas.3.Consider the design and arrangement of safety protection facilities in residential areas from multiple perspectives.4.Strengthen the post-landscape management of residential areas.It provides some reasonable suggestions for the future design and planning of residential communities in Xi'an.
